I am a travel agent and I usually don’t put reviews on things but I was a bit disappointed about this hotel. We got off a cruise in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2pm which is fine we arrived at hotel and I asked if we can leave our bags at hotel which you can do at every hotel when we walked up the front desk there was no hello or smile and when I asked the male receptionist to leave the bags he didn’t seem happy. Then because I knew we would have to wait around all day for check in I asked if we can go up to the pool deck to buy some food and chill out it was a simple question and he rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed, if he just said no sorry you can’t that would of been fine but there was no need for him to react like that just from a simple question. Then after waiting we got into our room it smelt like cigarettes and the smell didn’t go away the whole 4 days we stayed. The phone also was broken so we couldn’t get room service I went to front desk and told them they said they will get someone to have a look and no one ever contacted us or fixed it so we couldn’t get any room service. Also the aircon only went down to 21 degrees and the room was hot. Even though it’s little things it makes a difference, I’m a very understanding person and if there was just some better communication and a nice welcome it would have been better, we chose that hotel out of a lot of other options and paid a lot money so would have been nice to get better service.

Great property. It is super clean, the staff is wonderful, and the amenities are great. It is a bit far from the city.

The hotel’s location is undeniably beautiful, with rooms offering stunning views overlooking the marina. However, while the rooms were clean and well-maintained, they were quite small—better suited for a solo traveler rather than two people. One issue I encountered was the lack of a proper fridge for storing larger bottles of water, and there were no ice buckets provided in the room. When I called down to reception to request an ice bucket, I was surprised to be charged 6 euros for the ice and delivery to my room. The pool area was beautiful, though small, and while there were many children around, it didn’t feel like a place that was designed with children in mind. In fact, the hotel might be better suited as an adults-only establishment. Another downside was the thin walls; we had neighbors knocking on the wall when we laughed a bit too loudly late at night. On a positive note, breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options including meats, eggs, fruits, baked goods, and even mimosas. The hotel’s location is also convenient—about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station and 50 euros by taxi to the airport. The surrounding area is picturesque, with a supermarket next door, plenty of restaurants, and shopping areas within walking distance. The beach is directly in front of the hotel, but it was a bit surprising to see so many nudists, which we weren’t expecting.

hotel was amazing!

The hotel was incredible and beautiful! We took advantage of the spa and had a massage and it was amazing! However the rest of the indoor pool and gym required a fee to access which was disappointing. It was quite a walk from the metro but it was doable. Over had a great stay!

This property is right on the beach. I would highly recommend getting a room with a balcony. The rooms are bigger and great ocean views. You wont have chairs on the balcony but we took chairs from the room and sat on the balcony.
