Generally just a great hotel complex with everything you need. The pool area is probably the highlight for me.
Would have been nice with a “real” restaurant and not just a buffet for dinner if you don’t feel like going somewhere in the evening.
Can only speak for the room we got that while generally nice and tidy it could use a bit of a fix up to remove some wear and tear after years of use. Nothing major though. At this price level I would expect a basic fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

A very nice hotel, more impressive compared to the advertisement. The lobby, the rooms, the breakfast and dinner. The pool-bar. Efficiency of personell in restaurants. Especially appreciated the low noise level in the breakfast and dinner restaurants. The garden next to the pools were well maintained. Well working A/C in room and lobby. 100m from the beach and beach-walk.
The prices at pool-bar were reasonable.
Can highly recommend. If you visit the hotel, pay a visit at the top floor bar in the next door sister hotel ”palace”.
Something to improve may be the quality of entertainment. Was a lot better on the top floor in sister hotel ”Palace”.

My AC would not work even though I followed all of the instructions from the very rude front desk. The room had no coffee or a mini bar as was advertised. The bar stuff was not knowledgeable about common cocktails. The bathroom was also not fully stocked. The only positive was the comfortable bed and the helpful overnight concierge. It was far too expensive to feel so uncomfortable and be treated poorly.

2nd time in the hotel- with our child now. everything was fine, very nice hotel and personal. short way to the sea.

Great hotel a block from the beach. They offer a great breakfast and dinner buffet. The room we stayed had a view of the 2 swimming pools and partial ocean view.

Everything about the hotel was 1st class. From the staff on reception, polite and helpful. To the cleanliness of our room, choice of food both in the morning and at dinner and the feel of security within the hotel.

the staff was very friendly, clean hotel, great rooms, lots of food options however quality of food could have been improved (some food was salty). good location by the water and good amenities. just wish we didn’t have to pay for water.

Our stay was fabulous, very clean modern hotel! We had a junior suite with a terrace and sea view. Breakfast was amazing, with so many options. We would definitely be coming back!

Lovely spacious rooms, always enjoy our stay.
The staff are very polite and nothing is too much trouble.
Will be returning again, our 11th visit as it’s got all that we need on our cycling holidays.
