Front check in was very friendly. Gave my daughter a box of chocolates for her birthday and our room was ready to check in early. Very nice accommodations. Prime location and comfy beds

Perfect location and comfortable stay with amazing staff.

Too many little things. Finding the check-in desk was confusing. They could do a better job with signs there to start (take the elevator to the 7th floor). I was promised a sparkling wine would be in my room each night and had to ask for it the first night and never got it the second. The shampoo dispenser was empty and the soap dispenser in the shower broke and couldn’t be used. I couldn’t find the room service menu (it’s on the TV). The bar service was lacking. And the room key as a pass to your floor in the elevator didn’t work consistently resulting in more than one round trip before I could get to my floor. I’m being too picky. Any one of these would have been no big deal. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, the location and price good. But I’ll look elsewhere first before I book this hotel again.

Great staff, helpful and accommodating. Room was cozy, bathroom was modern. Big towel energy! Slept amazing in the bed. It was located well for our activities.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Feels more like a building they tried hard to make a hotel out of with lots of island decor, but the lobby is cramped and the open space is outside with a pool and outdoor bar area. The food was subpar and overpriced. The elevators were ridiculous and annoying with broken touch screens and a card system that only sometimes go to the right floor. Location was great - just a 10 min walk to MSG in one direction, Times Square nearby the other. Not a resort or any such vibe. Rooms were clean and had nice decor.

Room was cozy and clean with beautiful view of the city except for some issues: 1) The false alarm that occurred during midnight and happened twice when i was sleeping . 2) Also one of the staff who was involved in cleaning the hotel room was very rude and impolite with disrespectful attitude when I took time to answer. I don’t want to mention entire story here but I didn’t expect that from the lady.

This was our first time staying here for a girls getaway weekend. I was amazed at how clean and fresh everything was. The room was immaculate! I loved the decor. All the things we wanted to do in the city was close by. If we stay here again & want to venture further, the trains are right around the corner. The only minor down side was the water pressure was a little low and the temperature was a bit hot. When I turned the nozzle to get the water cooler, the pressure dropped. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had! So good!! I would definitely consider staying here again!

This was our first time staying here for a girls getaway weekend. I was amazed at how clean and fresh everything was. The room was immaculate! I loved the decor. All the things we wanted to do in the city was close by. If we stay here again & want to venture further, the trains are right around the corner. The only minor down side was the water pressure was a little low and the temperature was a bit hot. When I turned the nozzle to get the water cooler, the pressure dropped. This means we often experienced long queues for the lifts and they did not work well either - often missed floors! Soundproofing is not too great either - we were near the lifts and could hear every ping! On the plus side, we had a great view from our room and you can open the windows for air instead of resorting to A/C. Rooms are also on the small side as are the beds (just doubles). On the whole, OK but there are better ones in that area

Great location. lots of things to do. Only issue was late at night on the 2nd night of our stay the fire alarm went off. We were on the 28th floor and that was a bit nerve racking.

I never have a problem staying here. I stay here a lot and always have a good experience. I would say that the room service can be a little better. I asked for every day drinks and t they said i would have to go all the way down to get one drink. But other than that great place.

Elevators take wayyy too long. And then when they show up they’re full and you have to wait even longer
