The residences desk is the pizzeria fratelli. Watch out for the paid Tourist Tax - normally the owner would do it, but you need a receipt. If you are not asking for it you'll be betrayed. Breakfast is pretty bad. The Dishes in my apartment were dirty and the shower started falling apart. for air conditioning.

The guy that greeted us was very nice. However the location was bad, and they don’t even give you the correct address and it took us an hour to find it. The problem was also that the number we had been given to communicate - they never answered! I asked them to book me a taxi in the morning, and they replied when I was already at the airport. Also we asked for more toilet paper since there was none when we arrived, we didn’t get an answer to that either. The rooms were clean but very very simple. I would not recommend

Definitely not 3 star location, it is a 2 star. They are using a travel agency to book with Expedia and their communication is very poor with the owner.
Apartment has 3 different names, no marking on the outside of building or at the location. I had to ask 3 different people for the location. The staff at the pizza place helped me out the most.
Smelled of smoke, didn't have its own air conditioning controller, key provided didn't work at first and the shower head flew off when you tried to take a shower.
