I appreciated a door separating the two beds to offer a degree of privacy and quiet for a good night's sleep. The second bed is in the kitchen near the bathroom. The exit sign was very bright and needed to be covered to get any sleep. The service handling financial transactions and check-in was frustrating.

The room was comfortable. It was a suite and the room was interesting. The windows were large and the room was sunny and bright. The hotel was quiet and restful.

Not the worst place I have stayed but not what I expected. Roach in the bathroom, no screen on window. No local tv streaming services only

At 8:30pm, hotel called us I guess to confirm we were still coming even though the website states that the office is open until 10pm. We checked in at 9pm after which the clerk promptly closed the office. We needed a little ice but that was in the closed office. Also only decaf in our room and we couldn't get regular because the clerk left early. We went to a gas station for coffee at 5am. The water pressure was low, taking a long time to rinse hair. The beds are low to ground. It wasn't a bad stay but the clerk leaving early impacted this review.

They didn’t have the airstream I booked, specifically so I’d have a kitchen. Apparently the people before me didn’t check out. The hotel seemed very disorganized. They offered to reimburse me for my stay, if I wanted to go somewhere else. There was nothing available in Taos, so I had to stay with them. I didn’t stay the second night, asked to reimbursed for that night and I never heard back from them.
However, the people at the front desk were very nice and the room they put me in was very cute, just not the one I had planned on.

It was ok. They were 2 hrs late in getting my room clean and also false alarmed me about needing to come back and give them thr key to get back in. It affected part of my trip. If they wouldve gave me a text or email with the delayed time, it couldve been avoided.

Great place to stay if you’re in the Taos, NM area. The rooms have been recently renovated and are kept clean.

Though it looked small from exterior, internally it is good for 4 people. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay. Only thing there is no bathtub but that was not a deal breaker for me. They had Apple TV and the aroma was so good. It’s in prime location in Taos. I will definitely prefer to stay again next time.

I booked a room with a king and queen bed as we were having feiends join us. When we arrived, we had 1 king bed. The hotel said hotels.com does that sometimes and my room selection was a request. I work in the industry and this poor girl had no idea how OTAs worked. They also did not offer to refund me the difference at least.

No issues. No microwave or freezer available, this was expected. But the hotel lent us one for the night. Clean enough. Comfy bed. Would stay again.

Older Motel newly renovated. Clean, quiet with convenient parking. On main road so you can hear cars, however it quiets down in the evening. Allowing early access for check in which is nice.

The room I had was recently renovated with updated decor as well. Staff was friendly.

Nice motel just a few minutes drive from main shopping area. The room was basic but updated and very clean. Even though it is on the main road, I didn’t have a problem getting a great nights sleep on the comfortable bed! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in airstream 27. It was very clean and cozy. People working in the office very courteous. There is a very nice place to get breakfast about a 10 minute walk south of the RV park which is where the airstream is located right next to the motorlodge.
