Good room with walk in shower, good size towels, work desk overlooking street and distant views of hills, parking needs to be booked in advance, delicious room service dinner. The only negative I had was the King Size bed is 2 single beds pushed together which I hate.

Upgraded to Executive Studio. Lovely room with sofa and work desk, good walk in shower with large towels and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pump bottles. Excellent room service food. King bed is 2 single beds pushed together which is a pet hate of mine. No car park available, so had to park in multi level car park next door - saw some teenagers hanging around on the upper levels, so not comfortable with this option.

All ok, but reception could have been a little brighter.. they said Pet Friendly, but young man at reception not that receptive..

Was very pleased with our overnight stay - thought it might be noisy but heard nothing at all. The view was very pretty and the breakfast much better than expected and great value. The parking charge of $15 was worth paying and the position was extremely convenient. Look forward to returning on our next trip to Sydney.

The room was clean. We had to park in the shopping centre car park as the hotel car park was full. This was not ideal. The wait person in the restaurant ignored us so we went elsewhere and had a great meal.

Check in was simple and prompt. The room is one of the best I've stayed in across regional NSW.
Could not believe the response to when I asked for a simple steak and vegetables for dinner (from the Menu). The waitress advised me that the kitchen had 'run out' of vegetables!!! There was only 9 people in total across the restaurant when I was there. How could this happen???
