Great staff, great location, attractive boutique hotel but accommodations were spartan.

At first I was concerned as there was about 15-18 min from center of town, but what a beautiful walk along the promenade, and if you decided to take the bus, it was only 1/4 block from hotel and ran every couple minutes. The room we had with lake view was a very spacious and very clean and comfortable. The people at front desk were very accommodating and breakfast was wonderful.

The staff was excellent and always willing to help. The hotel is in an old mansion so it had unique room figures that were a pleasant touch compared to the modern rooms that look alike.

A nice boutique hotel near the train station and tourist attractions, but far enough so as not to be too bothered by crowds. Old building so the rooms are very spacious. Across the street from the Promenade.

Quiet and beautiful location with amazing lakeside views yet still very convenient to downtown via free public transport (you get a Lucerne card with hotel stay)...bus only 5 min direct from train station. Rooms are clean with high ceilings and cute decor and bonus treat. Breakfast simple but pleasant. Only wish they had some free tea or coffee options at other times of day either in lobby or in rooms somehow. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value in Lucerne.

Pillows were uncomfortable, way too soft/flat. Breakfast was basic & inconsistent. Shower curtain stuck to your body while trying to shower. We had to leave after one night due to personal concern. They would not refund even part of our money. We paid for 3 nights.

You could not ask for a more beautiful location. The window in my room looked out over a lovely park onto lake Lucerne. I only was in Luzerne 2 nights and wished I had stayed longer.

We booked one room with two bedrooms. One bedroom did not have air conditioning they gave us a fan. Hotel advertised that they have air condition and two queen size beds. We only had one queen bed

Great location. Bus stop close by. Friendly staff! Park across the street. Made our stay enjoyable, relaxing and easy. We had a lakeview which was a perfect way to start and end our day on the terrace:)

We were without our luggage, they provided us with essential items, opened the kitchen for us to get a meal and always provided tips for getting around the city. A special shout out to Moritz, he was so helpful, kind and welcoming. Would give the hotel 10 stars if it were a choice!!!

This property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views. The staff is extremely friendly and very patient with questions about the area and transportation. Breakfast includes outside seating with a soft breeze and views of the water. It was a truly wonderful stay. Many of my colleagues stayed there as well and were very pleased. I hope to go back on a personal trip someday with my husband.

Lovely hotel with great service and fun yet comfy and stylish rooms. Easy walk into town center and beautiful views of park and lake. Also free bus passes and easy to catch right outside if you don’t want to take the nice stroll along the lake. Grateful for the portable AC units in the summer heat!
