Love Home2Suites, and this one is no exception. The only thing I wish management would change is the use of disposable dishes for breakfast. The staff there was attentive and friendly, and the property was immaculate.

We evacuated to Vero Beach because hurricane Milton. The accommodations were perfect as they are pet friendly. The staff was so accommodating and tried to make us comfortable during a very stressful time. The room was very adequate and we were amazed we had practically a full kitchen. I would not hesitate to stay at a Home 2 Suites again.

We’re bracing for a hurricane to arrive in Florida. I called prior. The woman said I could check in early. I got there and the room was not ready till about 3:15. The room was beautiful clean. I had to check out. I stayed for one day, the ninth to the 10th canceled the 10 to the 11th Because the hotel lost power at about 12 o’clock midnight. I was not able to take a shower in the morning make coffee nothing the stairwells did not have emergency lighting. I almost fell down the stairs twice cause I was up on the third floor and I had to carry my stuff down with my dog. I asked the manager and he said that the security back up lighting was battery operated, and the batteries were dead. They did put a little lantern on the second landing, but it wasn’t bright enough for the landing going down to the first floor, which had most stairs so this was not an enjoyable stay. And the beds are actually terrible in this beautiful hotel and also the blanket that was on the bed was a horrible material. I don’t even know how they could call it a blanket.

The property overall was very nice. Clean, and fairly quiet. However, the bed was quite hard and over the course of the night became uncomfortable. Also, it is not marked well from the road and was a little difficult to locate.

Had one issue with WiFi connection to Xbox. Calle IT service support and resolved in minutes.
Asked for a beach recommendation and the location was awesome few people, lots of sand, ocean waves and free parking.

I chose Home2Suites after looking at some vrbo properties and other hotels in the area. The suite we chose seemed to fit what we needed for our trip. To have the level of service and value this hotel provides was a a breath of fresh air. The main things that really stood out to me was the ease of check-in, the friendly and attentive staff, and the room was great. There are so many small details this hotel pays attention to that made this a great experience for my family. From the delicious coffee available in the lobby to the wonderful breakfast provided. We will be back and without hesitation, I’ll be staying at this hotel.

Extremely clean! The room has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV 55" and utensilies to serve the food. Hot breakfast (omelettes, bread, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juices). Ice machine in your floor, vendor machine first floor (analgesic, candies, drinks and more) we go back there again! This administration thinked in all. Congratulations!!! 100 POINTS!!!!!

Hotel accommodations met our expectations as I try to lean towards the Hilton Home2Suites brand for family travel. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The guest room was clean and spacious, also included a kitchen to store food items. Overall, a great stay!
