Room was clean, I believe someone had spilled milk between the night stand and bed. I could smell rotten milk. Staying 3 days I would have appreciated room service to come in and change my towels at the very least.

There was always staff visible doing some kind of cleaning. It was located very close to everything I wanted. I intend to stay again next year

This property suited our needs well for our travel. The location was perfect and the hotel very clean. Our room had a broken lamp propped against the corner which was not a problem for us but should probably be repaired. There was also an extremely loud group that came in late, waking us up and continuing on for some time. This was not at all on the hotel and we didn't reach out for assistance as it stopped after some time.

We have family in the area. The pool was perfect. Upon check-in they knew we were there for using the pool and gave us a room on the first floor close to the full access the picnic area outside was just what we needed for a brief family get-together

I have traveled a lot, and have basic expectations. First, I could find no information about the hotel. Is breakfast available. If so, what hours? Is there a charge? The QR code took me to a general Hilton page, not one for this facility.
There was a problem with the front door not opening. I saw a guest with a suitcase unable to get into the building. There was no sign warning of the problem, but more importantly, no staff there to help her. I helped her in a side door using my room key.
My room was not made up for our second night. Beds were still unmade, linens were not refreshed.

Only complaint was that our room 116 AC was clearly on its last legs and sounded like a boat motor running all night. That effected our sleep quality. Otherwise, everything was great.

The property needs a refresh. Carpet, furniture, and bathroom were worn and dingy. Curtains over windows were hanging down and not attached. Bed linens looked as if they had been left in the dryer too long and were extremely wrinkled. Walls were thin and every noise could be heard. I would not choose to stay here again.
