I liked how spacious the suite was and appreciated the full kitchen (not having to leave the room to get ice was great). It was also quite comfortable for the most part. The breakfast did not disappoint at all and actually saved me money on food. The one big issue (I was getting double charged) I did have was promptly fixed by your manager, Breanna.
Getting double charged was not great, but again, this was quickly fixed and was probably not your fault to begin with. I figured that it was the banks fault as they switched from Visa to MasterCard and that confused the computers on your end. The ceiling fan in the Bedroom didn't have a light which was mildly annoying.

The location was great. And breakfast was decent!
I went to the front desk to ask for help and the manager on duty did not seem helpful at all!!! She seemed to not want to do her job and just sit in the back office. There were cuts and holes in my comforter and sheets on my bed.

The hotel is great...its Booking.com thats the problem.
I made a mistake while Booking this room and I caught it rt away but Booking would not let me correct it. I lost $153 for just making a one day mistake. Even the hotel said it was fine, that they had a room available but Booking would not let me change it.

The front desk didn't check us in when we got there therefore I had a pleathora of other issues related to my stay including someone barging into my room. I stayed for 4 nights and everyday was a new issue from being locked out of my room all the way to being held up multiple times for them to correct their mistakes. I was offered one night of compensation that I could call and request from booking.com. Not to mention you can hear every door slam for the entire hallway all night long. Save yourself some money and time and do not stay here.

The staff was friendly and had fruit water for us any time. The breakfast was good, the beds were very comfortable.
The toilet kept running. We notified the front desk 3 times. First they did nothing, then they changed the handle and finally the last person we spoke with got it fixed- which was our last night.

The rest of the hotel was decent but the hallways were a little dirty and so was the elevator. Also, the breakfast did not provide any options for those with dietary needs (gluten free or dairy free).

We are on a 2 week vacation and have stayed in several hotels along the way. This hotel has been my favorite! The room was immaculate, quiet, great location, staff was exceptional, and shower had great pressure. Just perfect!

Everything just seemed dated. Shower was weird, could not regulate water. Chair uncomfortable and closet weird. Not much space. Bed pillows small and square.

Took 25 minutes to check in because entire staff was helping one customer. Food is horrible. Egg/cheese crepes were visibly burned! This is an ongoing issue. Scrambled eggs were very dry (overcooked).
