Fantastic Hotel. They talk English. Very good restaurant, very good food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Next time we come to salvador we will use this hotel again

The place was ok but noise! The breakfast is amazing the restaurant food is ok but our last meal with it wasnt the best (meat was very hard)
Also i want to say Juliana receptionist was incredible! She help us and was extremely professional!
The good thing about hotel is very close to the aeroport! People is very friendly and always happy to help! Thank you

For room service we order 3 Omelettes. 2 of them had egg shells. There was not a single bottle of water in the room. You could see the dirt in the elevators ceiling lights. No shampoo in our room. The items in the minibar were warm and evidently old. Not worthy. Do not stay here.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family.
My niece arrived early and was able to check into her room with no issues.
My parents arrived at 11:30pm and encountered a huge line. When it was finally their turn and they were given a key, they were given the key to an occupied room. Besides the embarrassment of walking into another guest, they had to come back downstairs, wait again and hope they were given a key to an empty room. I arrived at 1am and proceed into walking into not one, not two but FOUR occupied rooms. When I was finally granted the right of an empty room (by the way not the room I booked, but at this point I just want a bed) there wasn’t even a water bottle in the room, as if it wasn’t quite ready to receive guests.. And as you can imagine, if I walked into 4 different guests someone arriving later was going to walk into me, that happened around 3:00am.
The hotel is new, the facilities are fine, bfast was good. But OMG figure out your booking system, especially for guests that fully paid in advance. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I gave 5 star for the property but we were not happy that the check in took 45 minutes. Staff was nice but we were in line waiting to check in for a long time.
