Everyone was very helpful. The rooms we’re clean and breakfast awesome.

We originally booked a rental off that was dirty and nasty and not clean, last minute we needed to find a new place to stay and came across this and at 9:30 at night we were super happy.
The continental breakfast and all the staff made for an awesome stay.

Great customer service at the front desk. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay when I Wenatchee. My only suggestion would be non slip mats in the shower and a fan in the bathroom. Our bathroom had a smell of old water it smelled wet. But other then that great stay.

The good: very friendly and helpful staff, daily room service (pre-covid style), very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great location, breakfast is pretty good.
The bad: They allow pets - which is great if you have one, but we didn't and our room smelled like animal pee and the carpet was suspiciously stained. The bathroom fan didn't work, contributing to the funky smell. Also the seating area for breakfast is FAR too small. There was no where for me and my kids to sit which was very frustrating.

Took a long weekend get away and we had a great time. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally good. The fall colors although a bit passed their peak were really nice!

Hotel was great, very clean. Breakfast was great. The only "complaint" would be that the sound carries and it was hard to sleep due to this, but there's only so much that can be controlled...

Hotel was easy to find and had excellent access on and off the highway - no matter which direction you were heading. Front desk staff were very pleasant and check in / out went smoothly. Room was as pictured, very quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Tasty breakfast with several options and fresh cookies available at reception.

The beds were super comfy.. Room was Really clean.. pool area was clean, however there was way too much chlorine in the hot tub and pool.. Other then that, it was a Great Experience

I would stay here again. The place was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was tasty. This place is a no frills hotel, but all the essentials are spot on.

Clean and good location. The overnight guy, I think his name is Chris, was phenomenal at check in and in morning for breakfast, ensuring it was our timely for our early departure the next morning. He clearly takes pride in what he does and it shows and enhanced our stay.

We were quite pleased with our stay and will be back. This unit is brand new with nice, new amenities. Good location and access to main roads and shopping.
Downside: inhouse baked cookies were way over baked!🍪
