It was a very quiet place the staff were friendly The only thing that was bothering was when I checked into my room I tried to shower but the shower head fell off told the receptionist that it needed to be fixed and nobody came to fix it so I just dealt with it other then that it was a very nice place to stay

It's clean, the service staff vis-a-vis - housekeeping, security and some staff members are very kind.

Hotel is under construction. Pool under consideration, no constant electricity or Wi-Fi or air conditioning, no regular laundry service no regular house keeping. Bathroom wasn't clean in a week. Poor service.

Cleaning service was horrible. Never clean the bathroom properly arrived during renovation. I would not have booked if i knew in advance. No pool, no outside bar, very slow laundry service, no constant wifi, no constant electricity and no constant air conditioning. Very uncomfortable and muggy. Will not use this hotel again.

The hotel was well kept and I felt very safe .when I give my lundry to wash it was well done and folded I really in joy my stay at that hotel I will recommend any one it really worth the stay thank you .

The laundry service was great. House keeping was horrible and was told not to provide services to my room for a day because i asked for clean sheets. Never cleaned toliet or mirrors in room. Room smelled muggy and wet so had to keep ac on which was very cold. add said free shuttle bus to and from airport but was not true. Tv didnt have service for the last night i was there. .

My stay at pearlwort hotel was amazing and the service is wonderful.. but i think they need to add more effort to the chef cause the rice i told was not what i was expecting to get or maybe it cause of the pandemic..

The staff was outstanding. They were kind, attentive and professional. The hotel hallways needed a few repairs, but the rooms were kept quite clean daily. The restaurant food was just okay, but reasonably priced. Overall, I was very happy staying at the Pearlwort Hotel.

Pleasant staff, clean bathrooms and a very comfy bed. The security protocol was top notch. Its hard to have any kind of intrusion. The food in the kitchen was delicious plus its 24 hours for the night crawlers out there.

Overall very good. Your best assets are your people - Tope, Habeeb, Chinedu. These are excellent guys, respectful, polite, accessible and extremely helpful. You trained them very well. Your rooms are clean, AC & sheets great, 24h gen etc. Your DStv is poor, very poor images, maybe your TVs are cheap quality. Your showers are great but water leaks to toilet floor after a bath cos shower space is open. Some things- shower rack, some walls, cupboard doors are either broken or about to. Nights were quiet except for one very noisy nite with music from ?another building all nite!! Your meals are great, but you had some guests from ?LASMA who finished all your food... you did your best to get more for some of us, but these ?LASMA guys still came & devoured all the food like ruminants with omasum & abomasum
