Room, breakfast,location, personnel.... Compliments I am definetely coming back

Hotel exceeded my expectations. It has been renovated from what l see and all looks so modern and organised. Rooms are perfect for rest, nice showers, hair dryer in the bathroom, different towels.. Loved it !

Both sister hotels look great Blowfish and Vertigo. We had a good time there and loved the food. Views to the poolside were divine. I will continue visiting Woks and La Veranda. Great place to meet work clients and colleagues.

Received an upgrade and was so happy about it ! My room was so spacious and comfortable. Huge wardrobe and l was able to order room service from different Restaurants. I was stunned !

I was able to order Indian, Thai and Chinese dishes to my room. Made me feel so welcome ! You can see multi cultural environment and great service. Well done Blowfish !

The breakfast was not just yummy, I had various options to work with and it’s such a great idea for a picky eater like me.

The location is good

The hotel allowed a strange man to enter my room while I was sleeping inside. When I complained to the front desk they said sorry and made excuses - this is definitely something that could happen again, as they told me they had given the man a master key to all rooms. In addition to this, hotel staff called my room repeatedly in the mornings from 8 to 9 am. Housekeeping would knock on the door before 10 am asking to come in, and would open the door even if I had already asked them to come back later. Towels were removed from my room and not available for replacement for several hours. Paint is peeling from the walls due to mold and humidity

No Dstv in rooms, do could not watch favourite sports channels except by pool but it had no sound as a DJ was playing music he liked at decibel levels above the ability of guests hearing each other as they eat their meals.

The view of my room was really nice. The room smelled nice. The pool area was very relaxing.

The water smelled. The drainage in the shower was open. The light in the room was not sufficient.

Staff very attentive and polite. They assisted my father so quickly and added extra customer service wherever they could. I really appreciated their help

Everything was great. I think maybe a couch single chair in the room to relax a little more would have been good. Or light by the bed. But brilliant otherwise

The pool side was. Nice

No sense of urgency with front desk staff. We made reservations ahead of time. We Got there only for them to give our room to someone else. No apology. We took a peak at one of the rooms and it was quire gross. We ended up leaving and we will not be returning

Hotel and rooms clean, staff friendly. Four star hotel with five star prices. Breakfast buffet below standard. Pool was not available. Construction work on it until late at night. No prior information about construction work when booking. Discount was refused.
