I had to change 3 different room at 11 o’clock at night…1. The light switch doesn’t work…2. Thermostat control does not work…3. Room conditions are really bad. Furniture and for a rotted.

Balcony was unavailable still was charged the regular price. Curtains were very dirty. No phone access to call the front desk. The standup shower leaks.

The pictures must be old. The hotel is run down. The air conditioning doesn’t work and they added a swap cooler with a cardboard cover in the window. Our room was 88 degrees and never went below 83 degrees after running the fan and swap cooler for 2 days. The swam cooler only cools the mattress since it is too short to reach over. The shower and tub only had hot water. The room doesn’t have a phone to call the front desk so we took the elevator down 7 floors to complain about the hot water and lack of air conditioning. The towels are slightly larger than the hand towel. The sink and tub have cracks and the floor has a carpet that is in need of replacing. Don’t be fooled by the website, the pictures are not recent. The neighborhood is not safe after dark. The staff give the worst directions. The only thing good is the roof top bar and friendly Italian bartender. We went to watch the US Open since this hotel is less than 2 miles away. I would have changed hotels if I could find one nearby but with last minute notice I was not able to find one. NEVER stay at this one.

Room was really nice, clean but there was a dirty wash towel left in bathroom. But my biggest issue was that i had to park too gar away which left me with a 15 minute walk to and from hotel

The room had roaches. Mildew in the shower leaks on the balcony from above broken fixtures in the bathrooms. Staff were rude and dismissive

The bathroom showers have mold and discoloration all around the base of the showers. I had to shower with my shoes on. Our room was changed due to leak in shower and a Loud noise from the vent. Our room fridge did not work and the elevators broke down Friday into Saturday afternoon. Only good thing was the roof top at night and the spa castle discount.

The chair to the desk was broken. Side walls leading to the bathroom were stained and warped from apparent water damage.
The bathroom sink was cracked in half and the faucet was loose. The shade in the bathroom had mold on it and was stained.
I went down to the lobby to work but there was no air conditioning. The lobby itself was beautifully decorated.
Overall the room needed some TLC and deep cleaning. Thankful it was for one night only.

This hotel is going downhill. One can see that, at one point, it was a quality hotel based on the decor. Unfortunately, it is now falling apart. My first few stays were nice but gradually, I started experiencing the downfalls. My latest stay, I upgraded to a room with a spa bath. However, the worn carpet in front of the bed was not vacuumed. The seal to the shower does not repel water as it seeped all over the floor. Lastly, I found hairs in the chipped up bath tub. Renovations and good housekeeping are seriously needed.

The worst experience imaginable my AC did not cool the room if I turn it down to low it cuts the power in the room if I plug up the iron the lights go out as well. The water was cold in the shower so I couldn’t take a hot shower I spent more time at the front desk asking to fix things in the room than I spent in the room

This hotel was filthy! The room had mold, the bed sheets had blood stains and there were pre stains all over the floor. When I brought it up to the front desk they only covered the comforter with a sheet they did not clean or sanitize anything.

There are no bathrooms in the lobby. I had a rest room emergency and the clerk was indifferent to my needs. Signing a piece of paper for a room that was pre-paid for was more important than my humanity.
