Bed bug infestation, I asked staff to change my room because of the bed bugs they only changed my bedding and staff was rude they refused to refund me as well

It was surrounded with shops either eating or food or pharmacy/ grocery.

Updated with all the things to make you feel at home huge tv, rainfall shower head, working AC, big king bed, and comfortable amenities

I like the location . You can walk everywhere! The rooms are nice and clean, too.

I hate leaving food reviews as when I return prices go up or they are fully booked. Very nice hotel in the heart of the Tourist District. Everything you need. Safe. Walkable to anywhere. A bargain!

The property was overall excellent — clean, safe, and staffed by friendly people. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement: the radios used by the staff in the hallways could benefit from earpieces to minimize noise, and the French fries I had were quite soggy and overly salty. Despite these minor issues, everything else was perfect.

The front desk woman was really nice and helpful. When I got to my room, the door was wide open. There was a black stain on the sheet. While I was waiting for my buddy in the waiting area on the 2nd floor. Two mice went running from one room to another room. When I tried to go to sleep, the music from the club was so loud and it never stopped and the light that was shining through the little window was really bright. I slept all of 30 minutes. That is how loud the music was outside.

The staff were respectful, but nothing special. The noise from other guests early in the morning (crying kids, couples arguing, loud drunks) was a huge inconvenience when we were trying to sleep. I wouldn't stay there again. There's too many other hotels in TJ that have a better vibe!

The shower handles are loose and needs to be tighten and looked like it hasn't been washed and there were spots stains on the shower handles from previous travelers. Other than that my room was clean along with the building and amenities. Great staff. Very serviceable.

If you have a light sleep this may don’t work for you. From your room you’ll hear all kind of sound Thant comes from inside the hotel. Looks like the windows are very thin

I stayed for 2 nights on the 3rd floor but was unable to sleep well as there were people & kids late at night (after 12am) talking very loudly outside their rooms. Also the elevator to exit on av. Revolucion was not working so it was not easy for me to walk up the hill on Calle 5 as I have bad knee arthritis. I hope they fix that elevator soon otherwise I would not come back to this hotel!

Nice hotel that is new or newly remodeled and very clean with very large televisions with smart TV access. At least one member of staff could speak English every time I had a question.
