From arrive the lobby, the valet parking staff was quick and friendly. Check in was quick. The room was amazing comfortable with nice amenities. The breakfast service was nice. The roof top hot spring is amazing with view. Amazing resort

Air con was poor, too hot in the evening, couldn't turn it higher. Food was poor quality, they close the main restaurant due to a main function and only serve food in the bar with small selection. Even breakfast was poor, I asked for earl grey tea which they'd never heard of. Nothing around the neighbourhood to do. But the hot spring is very nice.

The hotel staff is enthusiatic and good-mannered. The room has cold and hot spring bath tubs and the former is quite unique. The room is well decorated despite that the pillows and the mattress are a bit too soft. The hotel environment is european style and is relaxing. There are outdoor springs as well. Every room occupants have to wear a bracelet which can only be removed at checkout, the function of which is alike to a room card. It will be a bit uncomfortable if you are not used to it.
The restaurant is closed at dinner hours during our stay, it was a bit disappointed that we had not have a chance to try out their cuisine.
