The hotel itself is top notch. The food was great and so were the staff. It was a shame they started construction on the fool area, because there is now lots of drilling and half the pool is closed off. Besides that we had a relaxing stay and were always happy to return to Kempinski Hotel Coast after returning from an excursion.

The entire staff at the property presented top tier service. No matter who you encountered their level of service was always 100. It is because of the staff my stay was a 5 star stay. The rooms are not 5star level now maybe they were initially but if they continue upgrading I believe they will get back there. I must commend the staff for maintaining top tier customer service everyday. It started with the front desk employees to the waiters at breakfast, lunch, dinner and housekeeping. Notably Ephryam at check-in, Horlali concierge, Akosua at guest services, Derek, Rosamonde in housekeeping and Alicia, Lydia and others at breakfast. Exceptional service everyday.

It was an excellent stay and we are definitely coming back. The only issue we had was the breakfast buffet did not have the usual scrambled or boiled eggs available. The only option was to order which was not convenient if you did not have time to wait. We spoke to a hotel Rep who said she will address the issue. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.
