The men staff was much nicer and gave good service service, than the woman staff. They had an attitude, and didnt crack a smile once, except for one. One woman staff came up to me super angry and asked me about the tv that fell down while i was sleeping… not my problem that it fell. Not sure but i think she took one picutre of me, as she stood right Where i was sitting with her phone held up right in my direction. She was very uncomfortable to be around. Get a better attitude. Usually also used the phone while at work. Not very professional. The food was good, not sure but got sick after one meal. The man that works at night is the most sweetest, nicest, and kindhearted man. Loved him, should get an promotion. Overall Okey didnt pay much for the stay. The breakfast didnt have much variety.

All in all it was a solid hotel, meant to have a safe & clean place to sleep in the city. Near the Hop on Hop off bus it was a 2 minute walk down the block. The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. Getting around was convenient with the public transportation. Very good continental breakfast. Over all a good stay. Would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. One little thing I didn’t enjoy was the nightclub next door blaring music until like 3 in the morning every morning.

Overall my room and the hotel in general were clean and the service was good. The breakfast provided was alright, and the hotel's restaurant is pretty good too.

Falls advertising because they saud on the website there is a laundry facility and they had none, The first day i checked in i couldn't sleep so noisy all night till morning, i called my travel agency and they cibracted the manager, the manager/hotel didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience toled me to check out and go to a different hotel, they didn’t want to offer me anything else for my inconvenience.
I did not feel comfortable it is not family and kids friendly place, lot of stripers rent the apartments I think. Staff was friendly but overall just very uncomfortable stay due to the extreme noise and not having laundry, not being able to adjust temperatures in the room(they said not to adjust) they said to eat atcthire restaurant only and outside food wasn't allowed(the restaurant food wasn't the best and I didn’t want to eat that every day)
Due to all the inconveniences i checked out friday 29th insted of 31st. I just didn’t want to be there , they didn’t even refund me for the dates i didn’t stay. Never going back again and will not recommend it to anyone as im part of a big social media group that we all go to Greece for a fertility clinic.

The hotel is located 27 minutes from the acropolis or you can take a bus, to the metro station and is one stop after that to acropolis. The internet connection is very bad, so not ideal for work, the hotel is nice, except for the fact that there is very little around there. No shops or pharmacies. The Grand Hyatt is across, the street and that’s about the only thing to eases the plainest of the area.
The staff is very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is located literally right next to the “kinky opera” and a bunch of other sex shops and gentlemen clubs. As a solo female travel this made me uncomfortable at first but it seems these establishments are all over Athens. The breakfast offered was lackluster. However, overall, it was comfortable for two nights.
