Our stay was relaxing yet refreshing. We availed the use of the gym, swimming pool, and hot tub. They were all very nice. But the massage afterwards was to die for. We will definitely be staying here again.

I liked the staff and the way their soo professional and the way they made the hotel a lot safer for me and my family in my time their, the food, the activities were also a plus in my books definitely recommend people to stay here if their ever in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
The hotel was clean, family friendly and had great views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great if you like walking to malls.
The kids enjoyed the pool and loved having a 24 hour Jolliebee next to hotel.

Very helpful gym instructors! Clean Flow and Spa Facility, accommodating staff from all areas (lobby, check in staff, elevator staff, security, dining staff and housekeeping, especially gym and swimming staff! Love them!

The 20m indoor pool with spa pool on the 22nd floor is amazing. The food is awesome rooms are amazing and staff are professional and polite. It is a hotel for business travellers, solo travellers and families.

First, I love the view from my room. Friendly staff! Excellent food options. Definitely upgrade to the VIP lounge so you have access to light food and drinks until 10pm (last call for orders at 7:30).
They make good cappuccino if that what’s your in too. You also get a discount at the restaurant if you are a guest at the hotel.
Rooms are very clean which a person with germ phobia like me will appreciate.
There’s a lot of people but the friendly staff take time to remember you by your first name.
Nice gym, nice pool but I don’t get a time to check it out. I planned to eat out but the restaurant in the property kept me satisfied so I just stayed in.
Lastly, I’ve stayed at many 5 stars hotel in Manila and I can now say, I added this hotel to one of my favorites.

This property is pretty and the rooms are so nice.
Service is terrible.
Luckily there is a 711 downstairs.
If you want good service at breakfast -- forget it.
Good service on 24th floor bar -- forget it.
Good service at VU bar? Forget it.
Getting a water for a customer results in confusion and delays. Clearly the staff is not well trained.
I ordered room service. Two items. They forgot to bring one and sent to a different room.
At a 4-5 star hotel, the idea is to relax.
Not possible here with all the mistakes.
