Wonderful, traditional local style, within easy walking distance to all central Chamonix has to offer. Great customer service makes this an easy choice for your stay at a very reasonable cost.

Helpful host and clean property. Very enjoyable stay overall. Easy walking distance to downtown Chamonix. Our room not very big, and didn't have mountainview, although the other rooms must have nice views. The portion of the road immediately in front of the property doesn't have sidewalk, so it's recommended to be attentive when walking into town

What a delightful hotel! It was just a few minutes to walk to town. The reception was friendly and helpful when we needed a few extras. The best was very comfortable. WiFi incredibly fast (100mbps up and down).And Chamonix was awesome. What a weekend. Thank you!

Really great place to stay. Just a short (free) bus from the slopes and a 8 minute walk into town. Really responsive staff and very clean and comfortable facilities. Would definitely go back.

Great location, 5-7 mins walk from the centre. Convenient free parking. However, check-in at 04:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM is not very convenient. Don't understand the reason for such late check-in and early check-out timings, especially during winter when sunset happens around 05:00 PM.They also asked us to accumulate our linens and put them in a large bag. We were also asked to throw all our garbage in a dust-bin outside. Could atleast expect the staff to take care of linens and garbage themselves for the price charged

This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. When we arrived at the hotel we found that the room had not been cleaned. There was sticky/dirty stains all over the place, leftover food in the cabin, dirt in the corners of the floor and on the shelfs in the cupboards where we also found someone else's hairpin. Worst was the tons of dog hair on the wall to wall carpet. This was the big problem since I am allergic to dogs and I had specifically called to ensure that this was not going to be a problem. When we brought this issue to the attention of the staff they first of all was hard to reach (beware that the staff are not working at this hotel until 6pm at night), then they promised they would refund us for the two nights we had left of our stay (since we had to move to a non-dog-hairy-hotel) but then later when they got back two nights (!!??) later, they said they couldn't refund. We got that information two nights after we left the hotel??!! It's not professional people working at this hotel, WHEN someone is working. They have no proper cleaning staff (the kid serving as the hotel assistant is also the cleaning guy (with a vacuum cleaner that looked as it was from the last century). Also, the hotel is located 1m from a highly trafficked road which didn't really show in the description. There are plenty of good hotels in Chamonix for the same price of this one. I would just recommend you to find another hotel. This is very expensive for what you get.
