We had a truly terrible experience. The reception staff was patronizing and condescending. Our concerns and requests were received with lectures on how we should and shouldn't voice them. And, egregiously, our electric car was not charged over night as it was supposed to, which left us stranded and without a vehicle the following day. The hotel has a great potential, but it will require a close look at the reception personnel and serious training on customer relations.

Went to DC the night before the Steelers-Commanders game. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and they had nice places to hang out and meet new people. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Room was good but nothing exciting. The bed seemed like and older mattress with some type of topper that didnt do much to soften it up. I could feel the springs every now and then. The hotel was overall nice but its clearly for conventions and the lobby was packed all the time. Great location and good value for the area.

The room was very clean and cozy! The staff was helpful and nice! i would definitely come back and stay here again next year when i come for the cherry blossom festival 😁

I have limited mobility and was given a room soooooo far from the elevator . I asked if I could extend stay one day and told to go online to do it . Will never book a room here again.

Very big and pretty convention center. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff in the lobby bar was not attentive at all. Luckily there are more restaurants in the hotel.

Check in process was incredibly slow for no reason. Staff seemed unconcerned that there was a line of literally 20 guests waiting to check in and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience - we waited over 30 minutes in line just to check in! Restaurants on site were severely understaffed - we went into the pizza restaurant and were told by the ONE waitress on duty that we would be better off ordering from Uber Eats because she was the only person working and was completely backed up. Unhelpful/moderately rude staff and non-functional facilities make this a no-go for staying at this hotel again.

Free tour tickets, coupons for food and also gave my kids a teddy bear each. They won me with there service. Rooms are good not like brand new but nothing to complain about. Itspretry huge inside. You wont be disappointed.
