What a perfect stay. Our little cottage fit us 3 so comfortably. Amazing views and a garden pool!

Beautiful old home from the 14th century. The house has a stunning view of the Pope's Palace across the river. The gardens are delightful and the breakfast that was provided was wonderful. The host was very kind and gracious and parking in their fenced in lot across from the house was a tight fit but available. The house is easily walkable to the center of town, were there are lots of dinning opportunities. I highly recomend this location if you like beautiful historic properties.

Lovely property that has not reached its potential. Still enjoyed it mainly because of magnificent views and kind host. Beds, towels need upgrades and breakfast service could be so much nicer with just a little more attention to presentation.

Incredible service, views, pool, privacy, and overall great stay in villeneuve! We will be back!! Highly recommend for a quiet nice get away. Go to the jardin up on the st Andre fort!

This medieval mansion is wonderfully located. You get personal service from the property, unlike most hotels. It is a family run business. Rooms are in excellent condition. Had the best breakfast! It is located across the river from Avignon. You get great, unobstructed views of the Papal Palace. I wouldn't stay anywhere else for visiting Avignon. This place was perfect!

It is located across the river from Avignon. You get great, unobstructed views of the Papal Palace. I wouldn't stay anywhere else for visiting Avignon. This place was perfect!

This was a unique medieval property that had great views, service, and breakfast. It is not a usual hotel but one with a past and ambiance.

Folco,the host,made our stay at Orsini memorable and enjoyable. He was really kind hearted and did his best to help us with everything we needed. The view from our bedroom was stunning too. And we could find nice restaurants in walking distance. Thank you Folco again.

Enjoyed walking around the old village, just down the hill from Maison Orisini. Host was wonderful providing maps and a tasty breakfast. We stayed 4 nights. No.5 Bus close by into main town of Avignon or 35mins walk.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The property and rooms are gorgeous, giving off such an endearing, rustic aesthetic that feels so authentically French. The views from the property over the Rhone towards the Palace des Papes are world class. Our room was spacious and our bed was very comfortable. Our host, Folco, was fantastic - extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, he really helped to make our stay all the better. This location also cant be beat if you're wanting to see the major historical sites, being only a 15 minute walk to Fort Saint Andre, or a brief 5 minute drive to the free park and ride lot that is then a 15 minute walk to the Palace des Papes (or you could take the shuttle, which will save you a walk across the bridge). You're also only a ~5 minute walk to some fantastic restaurants in the Villeneuve area.n

We spent 2 weeks in France and this is the stay that we will remember. This was the very best experience we have ever had with lodging in and out of the US. The location is great . It is a 15 minute walk to town and great restaurants. Walking along the river and the canal was so good for the soul. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Thank you Folco

very lovely accomodation i would recommand; warm hospiting and service; room is clean; the Avignon view and environment is awsome; near the downtown where you can find nice restaraunt and supermarket; but not recommand to people who is looking for star hotel

Folco was a fabulous host. The property is unique and historic, with breathtaking views of Palais des Papes.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage . We didn’t have a view from our cottage of the Rhone and Avignon but the shared patio did and it was lovely . The location of this property was excellent , we stayed 3 nights and it was a short safe walk to the village center and there were tons of nice restaurants . If we walked the opposite way , again short and safe walk , there was a bus to Antibes (1.4 euro and 12 minutes ) The included breakfast was continental but big selection , great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice . My only suggestion for property owner ( great guy ) is to get some better pillows . I would stay again here .
