Very basic but comfortable accommodation. Lovely comfortable bed, desk, lounge & kitchen, so excellent facilities. The building had other lounge areas you could sit in as well as a games room, which was huge.
Onsite parking and self check in and check out, with great communication and instructions.
The only issue might be the shower if you are a larger or tall person as it was teenie tiny, which didn't bother us, but wouldn't work for tall people.

Stayed 2 nights in King room, clean, comfortable, good hot water and pressure. Decent size room with kitchen, stove, microwave with basic kitchen wares, tea/coffee/milk provided. The only complaint would be that, the walls and floors are pretty thin.

I liked everything about this accomodation.
I stayed the night before in the most expensive place in town, nearby, and it was not clean, uncomfortable bed, and the whole building smelt terrible.
The Hallows was very clean, quiet, great location, very comfortable bed, great shower, and all in an historic building. Great communication from owner.
I will definitely be back, and will recommend to friends.

Great room number 36 with a view out to see Mt. Panorama. Probably the best view room in the motel. However, it had damage, cracked tiles & bathroom sink. Air conditioning didn't work. Kitchenette cabinets heat damaged. But the room was very clean & free wifi & Netflix was a big bonus. I would stay there again

Had the large 6 private room family suit. Was very good value for 3 of us. The large lounge and kitchen make it much more comfortable than a hotel motel room. It is a little noisy between the floors. Great view out over the country. Super close to the race track but we don’t see services in walking range. Text instructions to enter were clear. Room could easily take up to 14 but was priced well for a family

It is a beautiful old building lots of character in a quiet location, although probably not when races are on but a good location to stay if going for the races as right on the doorstep.

Bit disappointed, as there was no hot water, so had to wait until morning to shower. That said, staff were onto the problem immediately after they were informed and the water flow was solid and hot.

Loved the ambience of being in this former school. Room had everything that a motel has but is not large. This was not an issue as there is access to full kitchens and lounge areas and nice little nooks. The room also opened onto a beautiful verandah with great views.

The only signs i could see was NO SMOKING signs. The entire unit was so dusty and mouldy, which we dint realise until the next morning. Have all the ohotos which will be on google soon. Because our daughter got sick by the time we woke up. We struggled to get her a place at our friends accommodation during the day ,and used a lot of her antihistamine sprays on the day she was with us at night. I didnt complain as i didnt know who was really responsible for this whole ghost town. Thank god we are back home. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BOOK WITH WOTIF. AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK OR RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION.
