The floor was dirty. The mattress and mattress cover was stained and dirty- like it had been dragged through the floor. There no furniture in the room except for a desk chair and the bed. If we needed more than 1 night, we would have left and asked for a refund.

We’ve stayed at this location numerous times and it just seems a bit more run down this time. Not the common areas but our room. Walks were a bit marked and our window shade did not work so no natural light could come in our room. Our outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had to blow dry our hair, use curling iron outside of bathroom which was an inconvenience. Decaf coffee was COLD this morning so I wonder if it was from the day before. I understand most people don’t drink decaf coffee but some of us cannot have the caffeine in regular coffee. It was a bummer for certain.

We always like to stay at Holiday Inn express wherever we find one. It’s the small things that sometimes are irritating. The shower floor was somewhat slippery. This may be due to a cleaning solution. The lighting in the bathroom was pretty bad just so very dim there may be, a light out. We had to ask for extra towels because it looked like they had put in towels for only one person instead of two. That was quickly rectified overall, we had a pleasant stay. I want them to succeed.

we stayed 3 nights and 2 evening when we arrived back to our room, our door was not latched presumably after cleaning, in both incidences nothing was missing from our room thank goodness. Also the bathroom could be cleaner and a rubber mat would be advisable inside the shower as it was extremely slippery. The bed was comfortable abd the room reasonably clean.

To start the room darkening shade was broken in the half closed position. We I tried to close it came off the wall and stuck me in nose knocking my glasses off and causing a horrible bruise on my nose. They tried to fix it but no luck. I was given an upgrade, when I was finished moving rooms I moved the one pillow only to find a half inch bug. I stripped the bed and found no more and went and told the front desk and they took $20.00 off each night so $80.00 off the total.

We had no issues. Our room was clean and nice. others in our party complained that their room was not clean. Pool was closed the first day we were there and that wasn't the cleanest the next days.

The room was clean and well stocked. We didn’t get any noise from the rooms around us. The breakfast was very good and the hot cinnamon rolls were a nice addition.
