Hotel location is great, very close to skytrain access, close to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel lobby looked very nice and smelled great. Staff were friendly. Room space was just right for us. Nice shower and great water pressure, however, on our last day, shower water was not draining well. Two sinks with long countertop was very convenient. We found a few hairs on the bed when we first lifted the blankets off which was disappointing. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were ok. Overall, the hotel was a great choice for us and we would stay there again.

Hotel location is great, very close to skytrain access, close to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel lobby looked very nice and smelled great. Staff were friendly. The light switches were very confusing and annoying. There was a master switch and then a bunch of other switches by the master switch and in every room. The bathroom switches would only work if you pressed the switch twice. There were also sensor activated lights in the bathroom but when you were using the toilet, the lights would turn off. Exceedingly frustrating and annoying. Also, TV did not work, only the chrome cast would allow you to watch things via your personal devices. Service was outstanding but all the other room annoyances would deter me from staying there agsiny

Great location, so close to the convention center, ferry terminal and great running and walking trail access to Stanley Park. The restaurant is delicious and the rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff are outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. They are the main reason that this is an amazing property. My only complaint is that the light switches were difficult to figure out. I prefer a simple on-off options, but with the motion detector things and electronics to open the curtains, it was all a bit confusing for this 60+ person. However, if I get a chance to return to Vancouver, this is where I am staying.

Nothing is impossible for the team here and they donit with pleasure and a smile. The ONLY small thing that we encountered was that the aircon couldnt go below 18°C but that wasnt really an issue once it got going. Highly recommend staying here. Bathroom was a favourite. Even though the toilet is in the bathroom, it is separately partioned so you have privacy.

Stayed for three nights whilst sight seeing in Vancouver. Hotel is simply beautiful, staff lovely and the location is perfect with ash access to the waterfront, shopping, restaurants and public transport.

Our experience at Azur was amazing and definitely lived up to the high ratings. The hotel is beautiful, the beds super comfortable and the rooms very upscale. Staff top to bottom were welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel. Centrally located, new, modern, luxurious. Very spacious and comfortable room, well appointed with luxury finishes. Common spaces are attractive and inviting. First class service. Will absolutely stay here again.
