The hotel staff is amazing!

This is my second time staying at Westin. i have really good experience of staying there. The staffs are super friendly. The hotel is clean. The location is perfect for all kinds of Asian food. If i go to Vancouver again, westin is definitely my first choice.

Friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms! Not much dining options within walking distance. They offer free airport shuttle service. They advise you to book shuttle service going to the airport which we did. However they could not find our booking and the same thing happened to another guest ahead of me who was checking out. They did call a taxi for us which they paid for. Overall it’s a great hotel!

Very well trained and attentive staff we were traveling to and back from the Queen Charlotte Islands, the hotel shuttle to and from the airport was right on time and very clean. We brought back 150 -lbs of fish and the hotel was able to place the boxes in the walk-in over night. Very nice stay, the only draw back is in Richmond BC there is a lot of high rise construction and the Hotel is directly across the street from a future construction site.

The hotel itself is nice, great presentation. The sheets were the worst thing we have ever come one across in an upscale hotel. Felt like plastic.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Walking distance to local shopping. Stay included free shuttle to the airport would definitely recommend!

The folks at the front desk were super nice, friendly and informative. The room itself was nice. Bathroom was kind of small - no real vanity to place your toiletries on. Nice soaking tub. When I got into bed I noticed the bedsheets smelled bad - like they weren’t dried completely before they were stored. Had to call for new sheets - they came in a timely manner. I also noticed that the drawer to the bedside nightstand kept opening up - it wouldn’t stay closed - not real good since it was right next to he bed! We found out afterwards that our friends received complementary toothbrushes as an amenity but we did not. I did like the complimentary bottles of water. So…pluses and minuses about this hotel. The parking was also limited in spaces - most of the spaces had chains in front of them so you couldn’t park there - confusing. The down ramp was really hidden too. All in all I might think of somewhere else to stay but their location is nice so it’s a toss up on whether I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the location is convenient to restaurants, groceries, and shopping area. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again!
