Bunch of friends stayed to attend a concert at PBA. Super cool design vibe. Customer service was exceptional. Rooms are quiet with the solid doors. Shuttle service was available exactly at times we requested going and returning! Brunch was impressive. Fun beer tasting in lobby at check-in. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had never been there before, and for our weekend get away i booked here. Its more than we usually pay but it was nice. Extra for everything, parking, valet, and we were told we had breakfast included when i reserved the room. Well be aware, if your reservation says breakfast, it may be a cold food only , or the whole brunch. I was told we had the whole brunch, but when we sat down for breakfast, they told us our reservation did not come with brunch. The manager said she was sorry and made it right. We got the whole brunch. I dont know if it was the hotels fault or hotels.coms fault. I heard another table with the same issue. So either book straight through the hotel or be sure to ask when you check in.

The hotel was fantastic however despite I prepaid for my room, hotels.com canceled my reservation according to the hotel. They were sold out and no record of my room. I supplied my receipt and information so they honored it however it was awful to have prepaid and have no reservation available. There was a lot of confusion when we arrived.

Overall its a nice place and we were comfortable. The service in the roof top bar wasn't so good. I understand they were busy, but we never did get our food. Then we were told we couldn't order any more drinks because they were too busy. I also EXPECTED FREE coffee in the mornings. Having to buy and WAIT forever for a simple cup of coffee is unacceptable to me. I understand its a business, but no COFFEE unless you buy it, is ridiculous. We only stayed there because of other family there. This is our 2nd time staying in Lincoln and we will be staying at the other place next time.which also has a full free breakfast We also don't like not having access to our car. Whether at check in or at the bar... The staff literally couldn't have been less attentive! Thankfully an AWESOME bartender showed up around 4 and made the evening enjoyable... The obvious Employee of the Year, the rest probably should reconsider their careers in hospitality!

Came down with army buddy to a NU football game, Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly on crazy busy day. Exactly what you want.

We stayed here on a game day and our experience was great! Location is easy to get to and convenient. We really appreciated that there is a shuttle running to and from the football stadium, however we would suggest that they leave the hotel a little earlier post-game. Traffic wasn’t that bad, but we still waited close to an hour to be picked up. It also might not hurt to look in to a 2nd van specifically for game days. They fill up quick.
The room was clean* and well decorated.
*The only complaint is that the coffee maker in our room had not been cleaned between guests, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We just got coffee in the lobby instead. (Which was 10/10)
Game weekend brunch in the restaurant was a little pricey, but there were lots of options and the food was good.

Loved our stay for CU/Nebraska game. Alittle further from the stadium but weather was good for rooftop bar! Beds were very comfortable and staff at the cafe and front desk were great!
