From the moment of booking till picking up my luggages after check-out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I stayed at a superior room and to my chance I think it was the one with the best view.
Breakfast is satisfactory and delicious, with adequate choices.
Park Hotel will definitely be in my short list for future stays in Thessaloniki.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Loved having an archaeological site across the street and being able to view from our room. The parking was difficult to get to as I had a hard time with the 1 way street. The place we parked our rental car caused some damage to the paint, scapping the side of the car and refusing to take responsibility. So take pictures of your vehicle before leaving it int the hands of Alexandro's parking garage.

Our stay for six days at Park Hotel was better than expected!! Staff was exceptionally helpful and very friendly!! Breakfast was phenomenal and all was great! We will definitely stay there again in the future when visiting Thessaloniki!

Stayed in the Deluxe Loft and it was amazing! The wraparound balcony was a treat and we used it all the time.
The buffet breakfast was nice and had a variety of bacon/egg/sausage, continental, Greek and cereal. We also ordered from Room Service which was excellent! Highly recommend the wood-fired pizzas and the cheeseburger (which was the size of a birthday cake, no joke, had to save half for the next day)
The staff were all very polite and helpful and I would happily stay here again.

A nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Great location close to Hop on Hop off tour bus stop and local buses. 10 minute walk to tourist areas. Loads of shops, bars and great tavernas nearby and the tavernas were a lot cheaper than the tourist area but equally good quality. Great hotel in a good location
