Our air went out and all they did was off us a small fan. My son had a baseball tournament and was playing in 90+ heat and had to sit/sleep in a hot as heck room. My husband and I were less than pleased with our room.

Still a great place to stay…but. I don’t know if this is a corporate thing or just this property, but their housekeeping schedule is now “ever other day”. While that sounds ok, the reality of it is that I just paid them nearly $500 for a 2-night stay, and received no housekeeping services at all. Checked in on Friday. Checked out on Sunday. My checkout day is the “other” day in the schedule. Saturday was the in between day, so no housekeeping. I had to make my own bed. I had to go hunt down an restock the in-room coffee maker supplies, and had to go hunt down to get an additionally needed towel. As mentioned, while paying $500 for the stay. For a 1 night or a several nights stay, this would probably be ok, but a 2 night stay, you get no housekeeping services at all.

No cart to carry bags. Room was not the type of room that I booked & prepaid for....I was supposed to have an accessible tub/shower...did not. Could not reach the shower head. Advertised "room service" which is why I booked this motel; but they did not have room service. Price for pets was more than what was advertised. Bathroom was very dirty there was mold on the shower door.

We were there for the NJCAA Softball World Series, we stayed 4 nights, beds were very comfortable, room was clean had a nice set up. It was great!

The property was kept up o.k. the bed and linens comfortable and clean..But the bathroom not good the shower had mold coming out of the calk the shower pan was in rough shape they need a good remodel

Luke warm water for sink and showering were definitely a reason not to stay there. Additionally they charged dearly for breakfast. I would not recommend this place.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past few years and I’ve always been satisfied. This stay, however, fell short of my expectations. The desk staff was very friendly and efficient and check-in as well as check out was a breeze. The room (338) was disappointing; the bathroom had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. It dissipated a bit with the fan turned on, but the space still smelled “off”. The bathroom was not sparkling clean as I’m used to having at this hotel: there was hair in the shower stall and the sink & countertop were streaked with what I hoped was residue from cleaning products. The room and bed seemed clean; the bed was comfortable & the pillows were great. The Keurig coffee machine would not stay latched; I had to physically hold it closed in order to brew a cup of coffee. Also, the housekeeper left only one cup, so my husband didn’t have a cup for coffee. We arrived late in the evening, so I did not contact the front desk and request a new room; we were o my there for the one night and we were tired, so we just wanted to sleep. In the past, we’ve been very happy with this hotel (great bar, although we did not use it this time), but this visit was disappointing.

The indoor pool was shut down for renovation which NOTHING reflected online and the “free continental breakfast” wasn’t free most dishes were 9.99 and up after paying for 150.00 A NIGHT to stay here. Staff was friendly but corporate should be ashamed of getting these folks jumped on because they don’t update things on the websites

It was clean and spacious . There were a few sticky spots on carpet and a spider in my bed also the pool was closed which the website does not state. This could have easily gotten 5 stars if i didn't have any of these issues
