We really enjoyed the hotel. Location was great. Staff was attentive and very responsive. Especially Giussi at the front desk.

Property was clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and service was good.
Beds are very hard and could use an update. Very little water pressure in the shower making it hard to rinse and walls were very thin making mornings very noisy.
Overall, was fine value for what we paid.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The only issues I had with this property is the lack of typical 4 star amenities. No coffee maker in the room, no slippers or robes, or bottled water in your room. It was impossible to get shampoo even after asking for it. The towels were more like paper towel quality. The sea view that was mentioned for our room was more of a partial view. The pool are was great on a summer day but the rope around it was inconvenient. Breakfast was ok, basic continental breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at River Palace Hotel and would recommend this property if you are looking for something close to downtown Capri. It is only a 3 minute walk up the hill to the Main Street with access to the city bus as well. The staff were very welcoming and we felt comfortably during our stay. The property could use some updating in the rooms as the mattress was thin, flat, and firm for 4 star hotel standards. The decor and bedding were a little outdated too. Overall I would give our stay an 8/10.

This hotel was amazing! The bedroom and bathroom was very big and the pool was nice and clean. It was walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Pillows were uncomfortable and inadequate. Also, having a blanket instead of a thin blanket was a bit uncomfortable. There wasn't even a small bottle of water in the room as a treat. Apart from these negative comments, it was a very clean hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and sufficient.

We had a lovely time at Hotel della Piccola Marina. We did secure a sea view room and would recommend that for other travelers. Just sitting out on the patio with a bottle of wine in the late afternoon with views of the pool and the sea was so relaxing. The room contained everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely. The location is great. My only critique was related to the front desk staff - while they were helpful, we never were greeted upon entering the hotel.

breakfast was great and hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was just okay for the price. I get that Capri is expensive but it was pretty no frills for the price. It served its purpose as we had a cozy bed to sleep but it wasn’t anything special or to remember.

The hotel is beautiful!located in a perfect location. Walkable to the beach and to the piazza.
Our room was huge and bathroom renovated and spacious.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great location, a short walk from Capri town and on the walking path to the beach in Marina Piccola. Our room had partial ocean view, which we loved, and it was was spacious. The breakfast was delicious.

Overall hotel Della Piccola marina was “okay”. The staff was quite rude and impatient….i had burned my leg in their Turkish bath pretty badly, the kind server ran across the street to get me burn cream to help me with my wounds and the RUDE manager demanded we paid for the cream and not be able to keep the cream after we paid for it!!! That’s just one thing…..also….THE WIFI SUCKS!!! I swear I could’ve gotten better WiFi from two tin-foil balls wired to a Double-A battery than whatever get up they had and THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON CONCRETE…I swear I’ve developed scoliosis just from that bed. On another note being from Chicago we love spices on our foods…so the first morning we had breakfast there we used their tobasco hot sauce on our eggs, the next day I asked for hot sauce…I watched the server physically hide the tobasco and say “no, sorry we are all out”…I only wanted a few drops but whatever I thought that was petty and rude. Also, they all of the sudden just stopped having to-go boxes even tho we already had 2 to 3 to-go boxes prior to this incident. It was almost like they just wanted us to throw it out so we can just pay for more food instead of having leftovers….. the hotel “servers” or whatever you call them were absolute angels and were so kind and great but the management was quite rude and terrible….all in all….there are better hotels for less money. Overall it was very nice, but when we come back to Capri we will not be staying here again. Id give 5/10
