Amethyst hotel is a new hotel in central Pattaya and in the start of Soi Buakhao area. So "Party zone area" is just around the corner.
The rooms, reception and eveyrhing in the hotel is clean and in a good condition. The employers at the hotel did a fantastic job, always smiling and at your service.
The balcony at the hotel is only for smoking and drying your swimwear. ( our room was 3 meters from the neighbor building, so we were looking in to another apartment from the balcony ).
Breakfast is very good for the price, but I would prefer a little higher price and more options in cold cuts and cheese.
My wife and I is very satisfied with our stay at Amethyst, and Amethyst hotel will be an option for our next visit in Pattaya.

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, AC nice and cool. Shower has different modes on what you prefer.
Rooftop bar and pool was nice as well. Location is perfectly placed everything is near. I stayed about 25 days and had just one negative for me.
I dont know if it was because i was at the end room or something but my wifi kept dropping off and on. I hope in the near future they will upgrade internet to be stable. I am already lookong forward on my next visit and will stay here again.

Even the basic room had a huge bed and one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in with premium bedding. While not of 2nd Road or beach Road it was a very simple short walk to 2nd Road to catch the baht bus or cut through to the beach. I’m looking forward to returning next week

Very friendly, wonderful & helpful staff. Lookpala, opal, Jura& Premarin were amazing. Very nice clean & new hotel. I have the best experience in this hotel. Will definitely be back. Forget Mr Harry very kind & cool gentleman.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. At night, we could hear some noise from nearby bars, but earplugs were provided, and with the TV on, it wasn’t too bothersome. However, people who are sensitive to noise might find it a bit disturbing. The breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. I personally like vegetable salads, so I would appreciate it if they could invest a bit more in the variety of vegetables. Compared to good hotels in Bangkok, it felt like less cost was allocated to breakfast. While the taste was satisfactory, the vegetable salads, fruits, and drinks were the same every day. It would be nice to have a bit more variety.

All the staff at the Amethyst are very friendly and eager to serve and assist. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. This is a very comfortable place to stay.

Property was well kept, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only issue was probably the surrounding area wasn't the best which you can't really help. Although was close to all the action, just really depends what you are trying to get out of Pattaya.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough everyone from the doorman to the front desk and especially I have to give a 10 out of 10 to the housekeeping. My room was immaculate after the maid service. You will not find a better hotel in this area.
