Our stay at Comfort Suites, Gulfport was a real disappointment. While the breakfast was decent and the housekeeping staff was wonderful—truly the best part of our stay—the rest left much to be desired. I booked a room that sleeps six people since we had five in our party, but to my surprise, there were only four towels. On the first morning, I asked housekeeping for an extra, and they kindly provided it without issue. But the next day, I went to the front desk to request six towels. I was shocked when the staff responded, "We only provide four towels per room." I explained that we had five guests, but the response didn’t change. Eventually, they agreed to give us five towels, but not before telling me they'd need to verify we had five to exchange. Really? I’m a guest staying in your hotel, yet I’m being treated like I'm lying about needing enough towels. This policy is absurd. If a room is meant to accommodate more than four people, then it should come with enough towels for all guests. It’s that simple. The issues didn’t stop there. The sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable—so worn out that the mattress was nonexistent. We had to buy a twin airbed from Walmart just to give our fifth guest a place to sleep. To top it off, there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed, just sheets. In short, while housekeeping was great, the rest of the experience fell flat. Comfort Suites needs to update their policies and improve the quality of their rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel was okay. Didnt like that fact they only gave 4 towels and if you need more you need to bring the dirty ones. That was a major inconvenience expecially when you have kids. Breakfast was okay. Bagels were hard. Staff at the front were nice and friendly. The cook was friendly and helpful. Overally i give it a okay stay. Pillows were small. Probably will never come back to this hotel again when passing through.

Asked front desk at 645 if we can have the cereal provided because we had to leave for a game and I was told it opens at 7. I asked if we can have dry cereal so my kid had something to eat. He had to ask a supervisor who had to ask another supervisor to give my son permission to have the cereal we saw in the container. I am not sure why this event became so difficult. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well and we were sore in the morning. We won't be going back.

We had a great time snd the room was very comfortable!!! We love the hotel because it is as the last place we took our mom before her passing!!! She really enjoyed it and we love it and the memories we made there!!! Thank you

There was a $100 deposit required. Also, it would be nice to have some prepackaged snacks/muffins for travelers with early morning flights. Otherwise the stay was great!

I had completely abandoned a previous reservation at another hotel because the conditions were atrocious. Comfort Suites was available and extremely sensitive to what had happened to us and set us up immediately. I would definitely go back here when I come back to Gulfport.

The indoor pool was very small & somewhat crowded during our stay. Also there was a deposit that had to be paid at check in time that was not mentioned when the room was booked. However…it was refunded immediately after the room was check upon checkout. Overall it was a great stay.

Staff accused us of smoking in room. Kept deposit, we did not smoke in the room We don't smoke in our home or our vehicles And we don't disrespect other places . We will not stay here again!! The room we stayed in had a moldy smell to it like nasty carpet, fridge was frozen over!!

Very good hotel

The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, the breakfast buffet was great. Pricing was good. The shopping mall was only a couple of minutes away and restaurants were all within minutes away.
