Good hotel, excellent staff. No hot water on first night but staff handled the situation well and the issue was resolved by the following morning.

The Front Desk People were exceptionally special, They went above and beyond to service to any extra needs.

We had a spacious room with 2 very comfortable beds. Everything was squeaky clean and the bathroom had a fantastic shower. Outside there is a lovely pool area. Breakfast buffet is good. Dinner buffet is good value for money but nothing fancy. Most staff spoke some English and they were all helpful and pleasant.
Licensed taxis are easily available and it costs less than £10 to get one to or from either the airport or the national park (waterfalls).
The hotel is situated on a main road between the airport/national park and the town. We did not go into the town and I think we would have needed to get a taxi in order to visit. Next door to the hotel there is a shopping mall which we didn’t visit but it looked new and smart.
We got the impression that the whole area is being developed as a tourist area.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed the bar area and pool. The Johnny Rocket restaurant next to the pool was really good and they made excellent cocktails. The general manager was friendly and gave us a lot of good information of what to see and do. We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again.
