We were not satisfied with our stay at the Microtel this time around. First of all, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. When I tried to call the front desk to advise, I realized that the phone was not working and when I looked underneath, I saw all the cords hanging with duck tape (see photo). Lastly, there was food left over in the fridge that was smelly. The condition of the room was rough. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and lifted which could be dangerous. The cost of the room was quite hefty and for what we had, it was not worth it. We ask that you please discuss with the manager and house keeping staff.

I waited until 1130pm before giving up waiting. The following day when I was gone they came into my hotel room to change out towels. Still mold on my A/C and never provided me an update, apology, discount. The lady working the continental breakfast had a terrible attitude. Morning 1: actually yelled at me and walked away for moving an empty coffee machine. The second morning said “I can do it. Put it back” sternly to a man helping her lift the lid of a slow cooker while she carried a pot of hot beans from the back. Wrong career. Don’t work around people if you can’t talk to people with respect. Will not be staying at this location again.

Overall it was a nice hotel but our room quality wasn't that great. Damp floor, lipstick stain on sheets and stains on bed skirts

Clean rooms with nice Dove brand toiletries. Friendly staff, small shop for snacks and essentials, pool and hot tub area was clean and spacious, and plenty of food and beverage options at the continental breakfast. Would definitely return.

I liked it was walking distance to shops and movie theatre.

It was okay. Didn't feel like it was worth the extra money. I have stayed in this brand of Wyndham hotels before, this one seemed a little more dated than the others. Cracked paint, smaller rooms, etc. Probably more a 3-3.5 star hotel than the 4.5 it is rated at.

Our room was directly above the sliding doors at the entrance every time the doors opened the room would vibrate. Our room wasnt very clean, there was someomes ipad in the bed when we arrived. Dog hair on the counter and even though we were told we could see our vehicle there was the canopy covering the windows. The front desk staff were uninterested in customers. Staff were more interested in siitting behind their monitors sharing music then the check in process. Wont stay again.
