The property itself was amazing with wonderful amenities. I booked an executive room and enjoyed the lounge and perks. However, the room itself was an issue. The bed was rock hard, the floor would have been more comfortable. The sheets were extremely rough and scratchy. one pillow matched the energy of the bed while the other felt like it was stuffed with tissue paper. I’m not sure who Hilton had in mind when developing the Serenity products. All that I could have tolerated, however, the room was extremely hot no matter how much I tried to adjust the thermostat. I was lucky to get 3 hours of sleep.

I came to the hotel to celebrate my wifes birthday as a surprise. I checked in early to decorate the room with flowers and rose petals presents and music. Seemed a little warm in there so the A/C saidnit was 71°. So i dropped the thermostat to 65°. By the time i finished decorating i was soaking wet with the A/C saying it was 72°. Figuringnit needed time I left. When I brought my wife back hours later the room was 73° and not getting any cooler. Going down to management they gave me the room across the hall. Saying they had a few other people complain about.the same issue. By the time I moved everything to the other room I was soaked with sweat again and the night was completely ruined. Im am so very disappointed and somewhat mad at this situation. I complained to the manager and said since i rented the room from a 3rd party there wasn't much he could do. He gave us 15000 pts which doesnt even cover the stay that was a complete loss. I hope this can be taken care of soon.

Bed was very comfortable. Linens were crisp and comfortable. Picture window in room was fantastic—so clean it looked like it was open air. Large walk-in shower with good water pressure and nice bath products. Well appointed and nice design throughout.

Shower dripping incessantly. This room should have been taken out of service (cleaners should have communicated the problem) until the shower valve was replaced.
Front desk said no one had told them(?!)

Second visit to this hotel. Very comfortable. Only one issue. The restaurant is severely understaffed. Both visits, we had to hunt down someone to order our meals. There is never anyone at the restaurant entrance to seat patrons. My husband went into the kitchen looking for someone. We also had to go to the front desk for assistance. This is a great hotel in a beautiful place. But the restaurant needs work.

Housekeeping came really early 8am, everyday. Room had weird dog smell . But not complaining cuz water pressure and hot was a plus. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice.

Clean rooms, plenty of space to lounge and sit around the property outside and inside. Pet friendly ( the guy at the front desk suggested that i use a different elevator to get my dog outside faster) and that was a great suggestion because my dog can be a bully and that elevator wasn’t a main elevator with all the regular guest traffic. Comfortable beds. Great shower/ bathroom. I was happy to see there was a microwave in the main lobby area for me to use. Felt safe walking my dog outside. I will definitely stay here again.
