Absolutely great location!! We stayed for 5 nights - we had an issue with the air conditioning the first day - but the staff was very responsive and quick to offer an upgrade. We stayed in our original room (they fixed the AC) and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great eggs cooked to order and also a waffle station - aone breakfast. The absolutely best thing about this hotel is you walk across the street and can snorkel and see the best fish and turtles around!!! Will stay here again due to the staff being so great and the location for snorkeling being amazing!

Great big beautiful spacious rooms comfy bed and pillows.huge separate bathroom.Beach and lounge chairs also beachfront dining.Staff beautiful and friendly.Apart from Muslim prayer it i a very quiet area.

Stayed at the Almarik for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The location is perfect, the beach access is amazing with free loungers and the staff were always polite and very helpful. Would definitely return

It was in the quieter part of town which suited us but close enough to walk to various locations. The rooms were very clean and large and comfortable. Quality of breakfast can be improved. Very reasonable for what we paid.

Wonderful stay! The staff are so warm, friendly & helpful, more than any place I have ever stayed! Our room was very spacious, clean & beautifully decorated. Great air conditioning. We really enjoyed sitting on our patio every evening looking at the lovely garden setting. The beach & snorkeling is the best right in front of the hotel. We came back here on our second visit and stayed a week each time. The only issue was the loud speaker for the call to prayers, but that seems to be everywhere in Indonesia. Otherwise everything was great.

Hotel staff are very pleasant and attentive. The hotel is close to the beach and away from the crowded area but only 5 minutes walk which is perfect. The rooms are very spacious. Really enjoyed my stay in Gili. Just take your sea shoes as the sea is very rocky.

We were staying at Villa Almaril for the swcond time and we really love the place! The hotel is located at the beach, where you can see a lot of turtles while snorkeling. The staff is very friendly, kind and nice. The hotel is just 10 min walk to the harbour, but still not in the middle of parties and load music. So it s very calming and relaxing there. Breakfasts were very good!

We stayed at a standard room with 3 people. (the room actually was for 2, so we had to pay extra 150,000 IDR/night without extra bed, if with extra bed, it will be 350,000 IRP). The room was nice, except the shower which runs out warm water in 3 minutes and ruined small garden outside the bathroom. But the room was spacious even for 3 people and air-con&refrigerator worked good. Location was great! 15 minutes walk from the harbour, right cross the turtle points, walking distance to restaurants and tour outfitters, no noise from bars or mosque. They had own Italian restaurant and it was pretty good, too. They have afternoon tea time by the pool between 4 and 5 o'clock everyday and serves coffee, tea and traditional sweets. If you want to enjoy quiet and relaxing time, north&south end or west side of the Gili T are better, but if you are active and looking for a convenient but also "chill-out" place, Almarik would be the right place. All staff were helpful and friendly. Only negative thing to say about this hotel was air con was right above bed (can’t move bed) Great location 5 minute walk from hustle and bustle, far enough away to not hear Night life. Staff where lovely, free sunloungers available to guests on the beach outside hotel. Hiring a bike is also fun. If ever in Gili Trawangan again will be back

Large room , clean , a nice pool where we spent a lot of time . access to the beach from your room in less than a minute . The only bad thing was that there was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom at all time .

We stayed in standard room with extra bed. Contacted hotel about extra bed it was 350,000 pn including breakfast. Plenty of room as extra bed was placed in day bed nook. Beds a bit hard. Great location away from central harbour. Hotel had its own gorgeous beachfront lounges, umbrellas and restaurant. Breakfast was standard Asian buffet with bacon, egg/pancake station, baked goods, juices, Lombok coffee, fruits, Asian dishes such as chicken curry, mixed vegetables etc. we had mutilple devices but none of us could connect to WiFi, however we used local Cafes WiFi with no problem. We ate in hotel a few times, food was OK, not outstanding.
