Great location, and the property layout was very good. Breakfast was really good with a great mix for all.

Two things I would highlight, when we booked the room we booked through booking.com for a family of four. One day before we checked in we had an email from the hotel stating that there is only one bed in the room. We were given the option of adding an extra bed at an additional daily cost - which we had to do as no other option at such short notice. Not sure if this is a hotel or booking.com error. The other issue is sunbeds are very very limited. Some days we had to stay in our room area simply as there was nowhere else to sit out during the day - not too bad for us as a family but for anyone wanting to relax but the pool it's a bit poor.

Buenas masajistas, pero unas muy buenas y otras no. El personal de recepción nos hizo esperar a ver como estaba la habitación y nos persiguieron para pedirnos el dinero de una botella de agua, ya que nos confundimos cogiendo una de ellos en vez de la nuestra que estaba sin abrir y era CASI idéntica y nos hicieron sentir muy avergonzados delante de todo el mundo y nos pidieron un dineral por ella

Stunning location that offers breathtaking sunsets, the stuff is so friendly, welcoming and attentive, great ocean view from the room, large bathroom and large shower, nice spa, stunning view from the gym

- The quality of food (breakfast, as well as at the Kliff and the beach restaurant) can be better, - add a few yoga mats to the gym, the floor surface is very rough for stretching and other body-weight exercises - better lightning in the bathroom, it gets very dark after the sun goes down - softer and smaller pillows, my husband struggle quite a bit with sleeping because the pillows were massive and not very soft - add a water dispenser at the reception to use less plastic bottles

Food at the Sail was more palatable than at the Kliff. Breakfast's always the same spread - buffet style. Room's spacious and bed's quite comfortable. Great view depending on the room booked. Nearest 24 mini-mart is about 10 minutes walk away, depending on your pace of walking. Good to stock up your snacks from this mart. Gym's at the rooftop and is relatively well equipped. Great access to the beach, But bring your booties as it's reef rock bottom and not sandy bottom. There are two pools and the infinity pool where the pool bar and towel stand are, naturally is the more popular one. You can order food in (from other joints like Molly's Bar and Grill or Omah Cobek (or others) if you get bored from eating the same old food from the resort's restaurants.

The sunloungers could have been better maintained as they were relatively dirty (lizard and bird poo). Didn't feel good lying on it even though the towel was placed on it. There were only four pool umbrellas and these are insufficient given the total number of sun loungers at both pools. Towels in the room had a cigarette smell on them. 😒 Can't stand inconsiderate guests who dropped/throwed the heavy thumbs bell instead of putting them slowly on the gym mats - it made loud thumping noises in the night (my room was right below the gym).

The resort was spectacular from the moment you walk into the lobby - open air, loads of water features and nestled in nature. Both infinity pools had unhindered views of the sea and look out onto Mt Agung on Bali on cloudless days. Pool bar and staff was exceptional and so were the drinks and service. The room was massive, with lots of glass that gives us unblocked views of the sea and sunset. Food was amazing - especially at the Kliff restaurant. Extra special mention to the duck ragu pasta - that was exceptional. Haven't had a duck pasta like that even in top Italian restaurants. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure speaking and getting to know them for the 5 days we were there. Breakfast was a mix of continental and local and rotated every 3 days - pretty good spread and options. The gym was well stocked and had everything anyone could need for a full workout while on holiday. The staff were always ready to help and the resort allows guests to book out towels and coolerboxes if they require them for any day trips at no additional charge which was great. I couldn't recommend this resort any more than I have already - an exceptional place for couples and families - with plenty of space.

Its not something I didn't like but possibly an addition for the future - maybe a games room with a pool table, or table tennis or some board or card games would be a good addition to increase the number of activities that could be done on the resort

Preise im Restaurant sind relativ teuer und man hat keine andere Wahl. Die Strand Verkäufer belästigen die Gäste während des Frühstücks und sprechen einen immer wieder ungefragt an.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, Top Essen in den beiden Restaurants, zuvorkommendes Personal. Top Fitnessstudio. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Tagesausflug zu den Gilis sehr entspannt möglich.

Der Strand ist am Wasser sehr steinig. Kein Lifeguard. Zum Baden eher ungeeignet. Außerhalb der Unterkunft hat der Ort nichts zu bieten.

Super schöne Anlage und Hotel. Direkt am Strand. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und die Speisen (Pancakes, French Toasts etc) werden jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Am Abend ist wunderschön der Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.

Bett ein wenig unbequem. Playlist am Pool jeden Tag gleich.
