Unless you've looking for a "no tell motel", avoid this place. Unfortunately I missed the small print on the website description that stated "no check-in after 9pm". Because of a delay I didnt arrive in time and had to make another arrangement for the first night. I wish I hadn't gone back for the next two nights of my reservation. Shady folks hanging around, poor customer service, not a good experience.

The room was almost broken into by a white man in a hoodie. Luckily my fiancé and I heard him opening the window when he began to stick his head in we yelled “HEY” at him and he took off running. The next morning we looked behind the dresser and there was drug paraphernalia behind it! The place was very outdated doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The mattresses at old and tanish yellow looking they also didn’t have fitted sheets just one sheet tucked into the boxspring and a blanket. Luckily we had pillow cases. From now on I will spend a few more dollars to stay somewhere nicer.

No remote for the tv. People were banging on the door trying to get in . I open the door and there were these two Spanish people standing there trying to get in saying they were given my room number. Sink in bathroom not thorough clean.the bed spreads had paint on them I tried using the dirty phone to call the front desk the phone ranged for over an hour. No one answered. People look like crackheads never again will I ever stay in a place like that . I want to get a refund I paid money but slept in my car.

The doors to the rooms are electronic and they malfunction often, to the extent that you may find yourself unable to get back in your room. There is no staff at certain hours, which is a problem if you get locket out of your room due to a malfunctioning door lock. I was given a room that had garbage in ita closet and its air conditioning unit caught fire. After the fire alarm went off I was fiven another room, but this one had a shower that was full of dirt and sand. By the time i realised I would not be able to shower it was already too late as there was no staff. I went to sleep without showering.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE !!! The foreign owner is never ever in his office. He does not answer any phone calls. He appears, when he is feeling like appearing in the office. THE PLACE IS DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY !!!! I sprayed two cans of Cockroach poison out in my room. It did not help. Thousands of COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. The TWO TV'S in the room did not work. No hot water at all. Many prostitutes are everywhere. Drug dealers use the place for their business.

Upon entry and check-in…. My entire experience felt like a nightmare. This was by far the worst motel/hotel that I’ve ever been. In fact, I was so shocked of the room’s lack of quality that I immediately went into “cameraman mode” and captured videos and pictures of the room, just in case I would be questioned by the authorities. Afterwards, I immediately texted Hotels.com support team… to voice all appropriate complaints. Then lastly, headed to the hotel clerk, reiterated my position (to which I was told I’ll be refunded) and then I checked out. A few of my images are attached to this review…. Showing a wall mirror on the floor, unplugged and unusable tv, a dirty microwave on the carpet, a cordless toothbrush (left behind by the last guest??), a broken ac unit, unmade bed and a dirty toilet that had a “paper seal”, I’m guessing to confirm that it was cleaned.

This place should not be on Expedia. I’d like a refund if possible. The bed was falling apart, stain everywhere, holes in the carpet, and the door lock did not feel secure.
