The hotel staff were very welcoming and accomdating to any requested we had. They also provided recommendations and any support we needed at any time.There was no hesistantion when asking for help.I recommend if anyone as a a tourist to stay here.

Best location in Lisbon historic district. Easily walkable to transit, trams and main squares. The staff was outstanding and friendly and made the stay exceptional. They offer complimentary pastels da nata and port wine anytime. The restaurant attached was outstanding. Highly recommended stay in Baixa district.

Great, short stay. Friendly staff. Convenient location in the tourist area on a pedestrian street. Great breakfast with lots of options. Small issue- Shower was good but sprayed kind of sideways and got the whole bathroom floor wet.

Very central location! Walkable! Clean, bright, and great staff. The only complaint was the faucet in the bathroom was wobbly.

outstanding, very good location and great hotel. although very “compact” this hotel is spotlessly clean. ALL staff are outstanding and attentive especially reception staff and resteraunt staff. Breakfast is very good and great choices.

The hotel was good, could’ve used a dresser in the room but staff was outstanding, friendly, helpful and made our stay incredible. Hats off to the staff, excellent employees.

Hotel is renovated and has a modern feel about style and design elements. The third floor is undergoing renovations when we were supposed to stay and our room choices were 2nd or 4th floors. Not possible to rest during day.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
They supplied a food bag as we were going to miss breakfast due to an early day trip and also arranged a taxi to the airport.
Well situated for the many restaurants in the area.
Would definitely go there again.

Great location, close to restaurants, shops, transportation options, sites, etc. Welcome staff is great, ready to assist. Porto and natas at your arrival and anytime after that. Good breakfast option if your reservation includes it. Our room was vast and quiet. We would return.

No dressers but it was manageable... but I wish they had mores space to keep the clothes and other personal things.
Overall it was pleasant

The staff was most helpful. They spoke English and able to give me directions and always greeted me with a smile, a glass of port and small pastry. The hotel was close to the waterfront and great night life down the strip in front of the hotel, yet I never heard the noise when I went sleep. As a solo traveller I felt safe and looked after.

Nice hotel conveniently walkable to restaurants and shopping. Taxis can’t drop off or pick-up at the hotel because it isn’t accessible to vehicles. So you have to walk your luggage to and from the hotel. The rooms are very small but clean. Our room faced the front and we could hear loud music from the street at night. Our friends had a room facing the back and couldn’t hear anything at night. So I recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face the front. Breakfast had a nice variety of offerings.
