Our stay was incredible and made memorable by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond for our family to ensure we had the best. Our accommodation requests were met and Gomez and Shan left us with an anniversary bottle of wine to help us celebrate. Added bonus: the elevators were quick to accommodate the long line of people after the concert :)

The hotel is in a great spot and offers nice facilities. For that price (almost $600/night) you'd expect free wifi and breakfast

The hotel itself is lovely. Our room had the expected amenities and the staff encounters we had were all excellent.
The area of the city is okay within a couple blocks but beyond that is poor. We thought we would walk to our concert (30 min) and were told not to, to take the bus/train instead because the area of town we’d walk through was worrisome.
Indeed from the bus we saw street fights, intoxicated folks harassing pedestrians and traffic, and many people sleeping on the street.
I would not have felt safe walking.

We stayed here as we were going to Billy Idol at Roger’s place and have stayed at many JW Marriott's and always had a pretty nice room . The staff was lovely and very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were very lumpy. We didn’t have one good pillow in all four. Might be worth updating especially given that it’s a premium hotel. Otherwise very nice stay.

This is a really nice hotel conveniently located downtown. The pillows are very thin down which is not my favorite but the bed was comfortable. The only downside is the drugged up homeless people downtown.
