The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended

In short: a nightmare for 5 nights As someone who travels quite a bit around the world and in Batumi in particular, I have never come across such a bad phenomenon and experience. Such an experience that can completely ruin an entire trip.!!! I recently reserved a suite, but unfortunately, my experience there was rather disappointing. The lighting in the room was constantly flickering throughout my stay, creating a bothersome environment. I also encountered persistent issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Upon reporting this problem, the technical team advised me to alternate between their two Wi-Fi networks. Regrettably, this solution was ineffective and did not resolve the connectivity issues. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bathroom was unsatisfactory. It appeared to have been neglected for a while and was in dire need of a thorough deep cleaning. Overall, the condition of the suite fell short of my expectations and the standards one would anticipate for such accommodation
