Newly Constructed and professionally decorated spacious 4 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms home boasts 2100 sq. ft. complete with stunning wood beams and shiplap accents. Located in the Crosswinds Community, where you will experience chic and style at this prime location, a stone's throw from the heart of Blue Mountain village.
The Space:
This executive townhome provides an open concept main floor making it perfect for spending time with friends and family . The kitchen is fully equipped to prep a meal with a 10 ft quartz countertop, providing ample seating. In addition, there is a large extendable dining room table to host large groups for meals together. After a fun day exploring Blue Mountain relax by the gas fireplace in the main living area. There is also a washer and dryer available on the main floor. Need more space, or privacy from the kids, enjoy the beautifully finished basement with an additional TV and area for the kids to play. Toys and games provided.
Sleep soundly in one of the 4 beautiful bedrooms. The second floor features a primary bedroom with a King-sized bed, accent wall, and ensuite bathroom with a quartz counter and oversized glass shower. The second and third bedrooms are spacious and feature accent walls and queen beds. The fourth bedroom features white double bunk beds. There is an additional bathroom with double sinks, a quartz counter and separate shower/toilet area.

The unit comes with parking for 2 cars. There is a designated driveway spot that fits 1 car and an additional 1in the garage. As guests of the property you have access to on demand shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village. You will not need a car to access all the amenities at Blue.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5-10 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the property. You are within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.

Occupancy limit is 10 Guests - Fines between $500 -$1000 can be issued by by-law if the occupancy limit is exceeded.
There is parking for a maximum of 2 cars. The Garage MUST be used as one of the 2 parking spaces along with the driveway. This is a requirement of the STA licence Bi-Law and must be followed or risk of getting a ticket or by-law infraction.

Absolutely lovely townhome. A few unclean areas but not bad. Communication was quick and helpful with whatever came up. Would definitely recommend and definitely return.
