Elevate your stay with elevator access to the unit or a quick flight of stairs, leading you to a private upstairs bedroom adorned with a balcony and a half bath. Please note that the main bedroom is accessed via stairs and is not handicap accessible.
On the main floor, an open-concept living space awaits, featuring a full kitchen and a full bath. Optional bed setup allows for comfortable accommodations for an additional two people in the main living quarters.

At The Urban Coastal, all are welcome, including your furry dog friend! Accommodating up to four guests, we provide an air mattress and bedding for additional comfort. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit.
Private complimentary parking is available on-site in the alley. Or park with ease in the Public Parking lot next door! Please note there are occasional cash fees for certain event days, approximately $10. Street parking is also available. Everything is just a walk away, including shops, bars, restaurants, and waterfront.

My wife and two daughters stayed here for several days. It was an updated and well maintained location right in the middle of Saugatuck. It was easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. It was also a close drive to Holland and South Haven. We spent time on the beautiful beaches and on the river with rented kayaks & a pontoon boat. I recommend coming to this wonderful town and staying in this condo in the middle of it all. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property in the downtown area! The condo was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Our hosts even provided beach chairs for our day at the lake! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this condo and it was great and quiet! We stayed with our 1 year old daughter and she slept perfectly. The condo is the perfect location to walk around Saugatuck.

This is my second visit to unit 208. I enjoy sitting on the Second floor balcony and watching people At the park across the way and strolling down the sidewalks. It’s a good location also for the Friday farmers market; pizza or Mexican food is available on the same block and it comes with a designated parking space I’ll be back again as I love Saugatuck.

Wonderful place. Great location, comfy bed and sofa, two great restaurants right in front, great upper porch, lots of wonderful windows and a nice view of the river. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as Oval beach and Mt. Baldy.

The windows are spectacular on both levels and with the trees bare there was a tremendous view of the River. It was sparkling clean from a germ perspective and from a minimal clutter perspective, too. As I am well out of the "in" season invasion, it was quiet and serene, too. There is an Italian place (Scooters) where I got great take away pizza and a Mexican restaurant with take away 'Ritas. Best part - they are less than 100 yrds away. Thanks Jeff and Debbie!

Great location with an excellent view. Check in and out were very easy and the owner was very quick to email me back when needed. A couple minor issues were brought to the owners attention - bathroom door was extremely hard to latch as well as a cracked sink and a stinky fridge. Overall we would stay there again if in the area.

Stayed with my husband for the weekend. It was in a great location, easy walk to everything. The host had good communication and check in/out were easy. Absolutely loved the electric heater/fireplace in the downstairs and upstairs. It was a little chilly when we first got in late in the evening and the fireplaces really made it cozy. Thanks for a great stay!

The flat was very clean, and in a Great location! We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the shops snd restaurants in the area. The dunes are just a short drive away. We had a fantastic time and the weather was perfect!

Very nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Easy to make contact for questions, and very easy to love this property. Any negatives are very minor: the squeaky floorboards and the noisy trash trucks that collect the garbage in the middle of the night. The walls between the units are very thin, and the view of the water is through the trees. Other than that, this is a fantastic value and the bed is the most comfortable we have ever experienced!

This was a great condo in the heart of Saugatuck - clean, all the necessary amenities and a short walk to the great restaurants, shops and waterfront of downtown Saugatuck. Hosts were very nice, and we would definitely stay again!

As others have said good location, check in is easy with parking spot right out front. I wasn’t anticipating the full bath and the bed to be on different floors, but not a big deal and I may have missed that fact in the description. We stayed 3 nights and not having bedside tables would have been nice, but nowhere to place them. The one thing that did bug us was how noisy the floors were..perhaps no underlayment? Sounds weird I know but super loud. Overall I liked the place a lot but personally would probably go back if it’s just 1-2 nights.

The location of Jeff and Debbie's place is perfect. It is very close to restaurants, galleries and shops. We just happened to have wonderful weather and the temperature of the home was very comfortable. The place looks just like the pictures and I was very pleased with the rental.

Condo was extremely clean and decorated nicely! Location of this condo is unbeatable. Beautiful water view and excellent walking to everything you would need or want in Saugatuck. Kitchen in the condo has everything you need! Communication with Jeff was easy and quick. The second story balcony was a lovely place to have morning coffee! We will be back!

My friend and I took our daughters for a long weekend. It was our first time using VRBO and the process was seamless. Our hosts responded to all our questions and needs quickly and in full. They even offered tips on where to eat which was helpful as it was our first time in Saugatuck as well. The property was the perfect size for the 4 of us and just as listed. The convenience of being right in town with parking was incredible as it happened to be Venetian Night and an art fair and farmers market all happening during our stay. We have many wonderful memories and will return.

Perfect location and accommodations for the 2 of us seeking a mini vacation in beautiful downtown Saugatuck. Walk to everywhere. Condo has a super cool, hip vibe. We loved the decor! Would highly recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat.

This condo was the perfect location to park your car for the weekend and be able to walk everywhere! Plenty of food options and shopping within walking distance. A cute little park across the street allows for lakeside sitting, and the balcony seating is a calm, quiet start to the day. The condo was the perfect space for 2 adults and the little town, although busy on the weekend, provided a nice escape for the weekend.

We had the best weekend staying at this condo! The place was so clean and had everything you needed, plus the balcony had a wonderful view of the lake. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy what Saugatuck has to offer!
