-Mobile coverage is not good in parts of the finca.

-Automatic ice cubes in main fridge is broken and cannot be repaired (SMEG)

-Due to limited rainfall on the Costa Brava in recent months, occasional water usage restrictions may be implemented across the region. As a result, you might notice some differences in the garden compared to the photos, and the pool water level may vary slightly due to evaporation.

-Regrettably, due to the ongoing drought conditions on the Costa Brava, barbecue activities are prohibited this summer.
