This split level home provides the perfect space for dining and entertaining in 2 areas!
Master Bedroom: Upper level. King memory foam mattress; closet for storage.
Bedroom 2: Upper level. Twin bunk bed; closet for storage.
Bedroom 3: Lower level. Queen memory foam mattress. Workspace with desk and chair.
Lower living area has queen size pull out sofa.
Smart TVs in the home are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.
A full bathroom is located on the upper and lower level, both have a stand up shower. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels are available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers.
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen! The dining area upstairs can seat up to 6, two additional high top chairs are in the kitchen counter dining space. The lower dining area can seat up to 4.
A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig 12-cup coffee maker and K-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter pack of ground coffee, K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement off the bathroom. Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked for your convenience! An iron and ironing board are also available.
Owner may park on the front lawn during Packer Home Games, we will reach out after booking to ensure this is okay during your stay!
The grill is located on the back deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests will have access to the entire home except locked closets.
We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging, and a phone number is provided after booking for emergencies! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
