This is a stunning home that is tastefully decorated throughout and would serve as the perfect base for you for any Sunshine Coast holiday, trip or visit. Close to beach, river, shops and centrally located so you can explore all of the Sunshine Coast.
PROPERTY DETAILS
We have off street parking for one vehicle and extra road side parking. The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code will be sent to you prior to your visit.
AIR-CONDITIONING
- Air-conditioned throughout the common areas and in the master bedroom. the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have ceiling fans
Entry is via the carport with its secure vehicle gate and then through the door into the house. Your vehicle will be secure in this gated carport.
The house is clean, modern and very tastefully decorated throughout.
The kitchen has an induction cook top, microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.
This 3 bedroom home has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed
This house is in a great location with kilometres of walkways nearby and short drive to the Sunshine Coasts largest shopping centre, Sunshine Plaza, or a multitude of glistening beaches.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
We have a BBQ that you can use throughout your stay. We have a spare gas bottle with the BBQ, so you will never run out of gas.
A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.
We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.

If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
