We didn’t enjoy our stay the fridge smelt like off prawns every time you opened it. The wardrobe has cracks and hole on the door and the floor. When I brought it down to the managers attention she said sorry, no offer to change room or discount the stay. No mention prior to arrival of the 24/7 road works and construction happening in front of the motel or next door.

Great location for Dracula's,pacific fair shopping centre,gold coast casino and broadbeach cafes all within easy walking distances,light rail station close by .Motel room very clean and everthing required for a great stay,staff member ver friendly, the only downside is old furniture and rubbish left out along front of the motel,also bit round about way to get into motel because of light rail works being done on goldcoast highway which cant be helped.All up older style motel but a nice place to stay ,nil roaside noise heard at all thanks for the great stay,would not hesitate to stay again.

TV Didn't work. So much construction going on around the area at night it was hard to get to sleep.

You have to try and find the back way into the property as roadworks have closed of the front entrance. Also there are roadworks all night. I would not have booked if I knew this information

Stayed on top storey. Stairs felt unsafe. Ripped carpet a safety hazard in room. Office closed a lot and staff difficult to understand. Construction nearby not the motel's fault.

I left the hotel after 10 mins. An old shopping trolley was blocking the door. The fridge looked like it should have been replaced 5 years ago. The included ear plugs was a nice touch but i guess that means it was going to be a loud night. I cut my losses and booked a different hotel so didn’t actually end up sleeping the night.

Property was in a great location! Walking distance to Pacific Fair, Train Station, Casino, Draculas and much more. Easy parking there, though there isn’t a lot of it. If you aren’t driving though, they’re a Train Station very close to take you to where ever you’d like to go. If you’re going for an event like a NRL game or something highly recommended just taking a train or bus. Only downside at the time of our stay was that they were building a new apartment complex right new door, with construction working through the night. Didn’t really hear it for the most part but could be loud from time to time.

The fridge had surface rust, had no washing dishes facilities, as I do not use bathroom sink to wash in. Could of had bottled water to full our jug instead of bathroom taps next to toilet.

Its was good except the construction hsppening at the front and had no idea where to check in at. Heads up would of been great, also our main door to.get in and out kept opening even though we locked it was annoying but appart from that 6/10 Room was clean appart from the front of the bar fridge (rust or just not wiped) ladies were friendly and always had a smile very welcoming...

There is major noisy construction work all around plus the highway traffic noise. Overall it could be cleaner, but then it is an old building. Showers were good. New quilts would make a difference.

Good value in a great location. Much more comfortable and modernised than I was expecting from the older style motel.
