We provide free parking for 2 cars. Parking on the street or on the grass is not allowed.

Park:
Snyder Park: Features picnic areas, walking paths, and spaces for outdoor activities, located approximately 4 minutes away. It's an excellent place for family outings and enjoying nature.

Marina:
Cooley's Landing: Includes a boat ramp for easy water access, situated around 9 minutes from your location. Ideal for boating enthusiasts looking to explore the local waterways.

Airport:
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport: Only about a 6-minute drive away, offering convenient access for air travel.

Shopping and Dining:
Las Olas Boulevard: A popular destination for shopping and dining about 14 minutes away. This vibrant area has a mix of boutique shops, art galleries, and dining options from casual to fine dining.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A fine of $250 USD will be applied if this rule is violated.

No Parties Allowed: Avoiding parties is our strictest rule. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

No Additional Guests: Guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed
