The bunkroom features a TV, a foosball table, and a patio area with lakeview. Guest bathroom in the hallway has a sink, toilet, and combination tub / shower, plus a separate sink and large vanity area so two or more people can use the bathroom at the same time. Laundry facilities are in the vanity area too.

Upstairs holds the lakeview living room, dining area, kitchen with separate coffee nook, and a King primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Deck off of living room provides a serene space to enjoy the lake view and features a propane fire table and a gas grill (available in summer).

Located just a mile east of Tahoe City, Rocky Ridge #4 offers easy access to town and all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer.

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
